If you need service you NEED to bring your GMC here!!! They were upfront about everything and even were able to “bundle” the service we needed and came in way under the initial quote. I had to call for updates but otherwise I will bring my vehicles here from now on. Honest, trustworthy, reliable, and super friendly!!! 10/10 would recommend!

We were looking for a used truck with a plow and found the perfect vehicle at DiPrizio. Brett was incredibly nice to deal with. Great truck, very fair price. They even helped us find a plow and took the truck over to Maine to pick it up! Really nice folks.

Was looking for a small dealership still owned by real people to service my new to me GMC truck. Thought I found it here at DiPrizio. I had an open recall and called for an appointment. Very nice phone conversation with Ed. Brought the truck in and had block heater replaced, unfortunately with Chinese parts. Not sure if dealer supplied or GM. All was good till the next morning. Had a low coolant light. Called and they said bring it right in. Brought it in and they added coolant and said I need a new surge tank. Which they ordered 1-2 days out. This is a 24k mile truck that went in perfect running. Left shaking my head. Called small mom and pop shop in town, find out he is a GM certified tech. He says they (DiPrizio) did not fill coolant right, and I don’t need a new tank. Said the L5P diesel coolant needs to be vacuum filled after being drained. I called and left a message for Ted at DiPrizio to call me back. Never heard from him. Needless to say I went right down to the small shop. They drained and filled correctly. My original tank was perfect and has been fine ever since, one week and 500 miles. I really wanted to have a great dealer experience to keep this truck serviced. Unfortunately I didn’t find it with DiPrizio GMC.

This was the absolute BEST experience I have ever had with a dealership and salesperson! Brett was SUCH a pleasure to work with - he was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, genuine, and, most importantly, he did not pressure or push me to buy anything. What a refreshing experience! I went out of my way (drove 1+ hours) to purchase a vehicle here, and I will definitely do it again. I highly recommend them if you're looking to buy something from someone who actually cares about you as a consumer.

Called about the 2018 Denali they had and Brett went out of his way to hold the truck for a week. Was able to be in and out quick. Would highly recommend!

I've never bought or sold a car with them but the lumber yard which is right next door gives off the most beautiful pine scent I've ever smelled. I love to open my windows real wide and smell the neighborhood.
