Worst pharmacy in the area!They take your request, say they're processing it, then if it's out of stock the order simply disappears, no explanation, it simply goes away. Really professional! Here's a strange idea, if you don't have the prescription tell your clients your out of it instead if just making the request disappear! Switching to CVS. good luck staying in business!

Worst pharmacy - closed on weekends, rude to customers, take forever to fill a prescription. I highly recommend you go elsewhere.

Set a vaccination appointment and checked in ten minutes early. Took 20 minutes for them to print paperwork, then another 15m waiting - and they let a walk-in jump in before us. When I asked why they said, "you don't have to wait if you don't want to". Horrible customer service from their pharmacy.

My favorite location ! This store has had challenges staying fully staffed. The remaining employees are juggling the work of twice the usual manpower. Please be kind when shopping retail these days. The people who show up to work are there. Be mad at the ones who call in sick for no reason. Store is usually clean & well stocked.

Staff at this particular Walgreens consistently go above & beyond when assisting customers. The pharmacy is extremely knowledgeable and I value their opinions, Gary the Pharmacist & Kaleigh, Jack & Misty always help get my questions answered and get me through the drive through with ease.The staff at front if store are always extremely helpful when I venture in to use the photo department. I even had an new female associate allow me to email a very important & time sensitive photo to her phone to upload into their system. Jonathan & Jeffery are always most helpful to me.

I have gone to drop off fedex returns multiple times and have consistently waited over 10 mins for someone to help scan and take the package. The cashier usually has to call over the intercom 3-4 times before anyone comes out of the back to help. I went today and waited over 15 mins and left with my package because no one came. The cashier stated she was unable to help me, but did call over the intercom 3 times.

They changed their hours without notice and suddenly aren’t open on Saturday anymore leaving my wife without her much needed medication to function like a normal human. This was a huge disappointment from a place we’ve counted on for years.

I was visiting family in Merrimack NH from Liverpool NY and when I arrived here I discovered I needed one of my prescriptions filled that I only had one pill left. I contacted my home pharmacy and they told me to have Walgreens call them and they would transfer my script to them so they could fill it. I spoke with Misti at Walgreens, got all the details worked out but there were a couple of bumps in the road and without dragging this out it actually took 3 days to achieve the goal of getting my much needed medication. Misti and Angela went ABOVE and BEYOND anything I could have expected to make sure I got it and thus not having to cut my trip short! I can't thank these 2 ladies enough!!

Store itself isn't awful, but the pharmacy is incompetent. My provider called in a prescription and received notification that it was filled. I didn't see it in my online account, so I called and was told there was nothing there for me.My provider reached out to them again and the pharmacy confirmed it is still ready and waiting under my name, and she confirmed it was at this location. I called them MINUTES later to ask them about this and they denied having anything for me at ANY Walgreens location.I don't like my current pharmacy, but even they have it more together than this. If they are disorganized with taking and fulfilling orders, then I cannot trust them to handle my medication.

Walgreens now has a policy to limit sale of Benadryl to anyone under 18. The State of NH doesn't limit the sale of Benadryl, just Walgreens. Ridiculous. It is not habit forming and is a very effective and needful medication for allergy sufferers.
