I needed a last minute inspection and they took me the same day. I told them I was on a tight timeline and they did everything to get me checked out on time. . The customer service was excellent and the staffer was Polite and courteous.

I went to three different shops to get quotes for tires and went with VIP. Alissa, the service manager, was beyond helpful. She took the time to explain all the different options in tires and showed me (using a diagram) the difference in what may be the problem. She helped me settle on tires that were best for my needs as I do a lot of driving. She didn’t try to sell me the most expensive ones. She was very kind to all the customers that came into the shop and greeted each one as though the phone wasn’t ringing off the hook (which it was)! She spent over 15 minutes with me reviewing my options. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

I had an excellent experience. I worked with Isaac in services and he helped me out.
I brought my truck in for a 4 wheel alignment and tire rotation. They did a great job. My steering was pulling to the right before the alignment and now it's not. Thank you.
I also asked Isaac for a bunch of quotes and he gave me every single quote I asked for without hesitation.
He even gave me personal feedback and told me about the tires his grandfather had put on his truck. That personal feedback is always valuable.
The service crew completed the work in a timely manner and didn't try to add any unnecessary work to the bill. I'm very pleased with my experience and I'll be returning for future services.
I also learned about their lifetime alignment service where you pay a one time charge and you can bring the vehicle in for alignments as often as you want, so long as you are the owner of the vehicle. I'll be going with this option next time around.
Thank you all at VIP for a great experience on top of great service. I really appreciate it.

First time experience for auto service here, and it was for mounting and balancing new tires purchased from Tire Rack. They had next-day availability, took me in exactly at the scheduled time, and I was out exactly 1 hour later. This included an alignment as well. Everyone from the person I made the appointment with over the phone, to the person who checked me in, to the person who cashed me out, was positive, friendly, courteous, and helpful. The technicians did the work right, too, using torque wrenches for final tightening instead of just blasts with an impact wrench. Could not have been more pleased with the work. Pricing was higher than if I had gone to the dealer, which is a bit surprising, but the availability and time to do the work made that well worth it. I would highly recommend them for at least this particular service.

My wife and I have been a loyal customer here ever since; I got an excellent Black Friday deal on tires for my Tacoma and couldn’t be happier with the customer service from the management and great work the mechanics do. They honor AAA discounts which is a plus, the tire rotations have always been smooth. I’ll take VIP tires over town fair anyday, every year I plan on buying tires here. This location has an O’Reilly auto parts attached to it and that’s a plus if you want to buy your own oil filters and what not. Highly recommend this location! :) - Sam

I visit this VIP location quite frequently and refer them to lots of people. They are really conveniently located. Their customer service is top-notch. The manager, Alyssa is so helpful and always goes above and beyond to accommodate me. Prices are reasonable and staff are knowledgeable. Love this place!
