Post Master Kathleen Cwenar is a horrendous example of how a government employee should act. Hopefully by now she has lost her job because she is extremely unprofessional. Worst service I have seen in a post office in a LONG LONG TIME.

Terrible post office, and staff very unprofessional and rude talks down to the public. They forget they work for the people. They need training on their poster 7 rules and regulations for conduct on postal property. These Karen's need to go back under the rock they crawled out under.

Kathleen is incredibly rude and disrespectful, especially if you are struggling to get a job she will constantly mock you about ‘having nothing better to do’ even though you are helping the public. She’s very clearly uneducated about public rights and as a 24 year old woman i don’t feel safe going to my local post office with her there being a bitter old lady. Would also like to mention Tom, he works behind the counter and is a sweetheart and stays professional.
