My experience at this store could not have been any better! Between not wearing jewelry very often, and not knowing how to pain jewelry with my wedding dress, the staff here were a great help. Between the manager Elizabeth, Melissa, and Ron, they all were so kind and each gave their input which helped me make a decision for my bid day! I cannot wait to shop again at this location for the rest of my jewelry!

Elizabeth helped us and she is always an absolute pleasure to work with! She is extremely personable and very knowledgeable in this field. She warmly greets us every time we enter the store and it makes us want to go back - even if we aren’t necessarily looking to buy anything we like to pop in to say hello to her. When we are shopping for something she is great about assisting us with navigating the store to find whatever it is we are searching for. She takes the time to get to know her customers so she can better understand their needs. Swarovski is one of mine and my fiancés favorite brands so we love shopping there; but associates like Elizabeth make the experience so much more enjoyable.

Amazing Service! The sales women (Elizabeth) was Excellent! She greeted us with a warm welcome and gave us her full attention. She went out of her way and in depth to find pieces she thought I would like after listening to me explain the style I was going for. She even found pieces of jewelry she thought would look good on me as well. She was right there to open any cases and let us get a better look. Elizabeth answered all of our questions about the products (This woman defiantly knew what she was doing.) Hints why I ended up leaving with more than I anticipated! LOL :)I even ended up going back to buy more before we headed back out of state from our trip. The jewelry was awesome I loved the pieces I purchased. That was my first time shopping from Swarovski. Defiantly going to go back to keep adding to my new collection. The pieces were stunning and great prices.10/10 Experience10/10 Products100/10 ServiceTHANK YOU, ELIZABETH! :)

The staff today were incredibly rude. We asked to see jewelry from the case for a gift. The lady was like “can you wait, I only have two hands.” It was weird because we were definitely not rushing her at all. The other woman in the store was ranting on and on about another worker not returning her calls to come in. As a former retail worker I understand how busy things can get, but there is never an excuse to be rude. She changed her tune a bit after seeing we were spending nearly $600 on full priced items. I will definitely shop online next time. Unfortunately this is why brick and mortar stores are closing and folks end up shopping online.
