Zero Integrity - I bought a truck in town that I needed looked at before I drove it home. I called ahead to see if Silva's was able to take on a list of repairs for my work truck. After they agreed to take on the work, I brought them the truck and they refused to complete most of the work they agreed to. They had my truck for almost 2 months and were rude on the phone when I asked for updates on repairs. At one point someone who worked there told me they wouldn't work on my truck because they only work on automobiles and they told me to take the truck to the last shop who worked on it. Turned out after calling the original owner Silva's did the last major repairs on the truck. After almost 2 months they told me to come get my truck after I asked why work wasn't getting done. I then took it to a reputable truck shop where they told me whoever performed the repairs to the truck used really cheap parts that where already falling apart. These parts only had 50 miles on them (the distance to drive from Silva's to my hometown shop). Additionally they told me the parts that they used were not correct for my truck and that all the other items they completed weren't even finished. Only 1 repair was completed correctly. I paid Silva's 3,200 dollars and after taking it to a reputable shop, I have to pay them to correct all the work they said they did and finish the items they refused to complete, which will cost me another 4,500 dollars.

A great local place for auto repair. Their prices are very fair, (I’m sure I’ve saved hundreds, if not thousands, using them instead of going to the dealer). They don’t try to upsell me on stuff not needed, and the quality of work is excellent and very thorough. I’ve had them replace brakes and rotors and a wheel bearing on my older Dodge truck, as well as the last few state inspections. They always text me a thorough report (including pictures) explaining all the work done. It’s easy to make an appointment…whether online or over the phone, and have always gotten me in quickly. They are off Daniel Webster highway in Merrimack… across the street from the lobster boat. There is a small sign and if you’re not observant you could miss it. I’m very happy using them and will continue to do so. Also…. They have a convenient key drop off so I can drop off and pickup my truck after hours and not take off time from work. Definitely would recommend using them to my friends.

I came to Silva's on a recommendation from my brother-in-law. I have been so please with their turn around time, honesty, and spectacular customer service. I have dealt with Sue, Jessica, and Craig, they all treated me in manner of how they would want to be treated. This place is a good find, don't hesitate to use them for your vehicle, you won't be disappointed.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I have used Silva Auto several times and always walked away happy. They offer friendly service and fast repairs. I recently had them work on some trailer tires for me and was very impressed with the kind, joyful and courteous office staff. Fantastic service! Had to have two tires replaced today due to a nail penetrating in the area where the tread wall and side wall meet. They didn’t have the tires I needed in stock but ordered them and had them in this afternoon and got me on my way. Thank you for going the extra mile today!
