Whenever I wait for a script cause it's too early. These guys 1 can't do simple math to figure when it actually should be filled. 2 will give you 4 different days you're able to pick up before they finally pick a actual day... My doctor transferred my scripts because she doesn't like how they operate. It's really bad. This isn't a one time occurrence either it's something I've dealt with almost every refill. It's seriously bad . This is all recent too when it was trung in charge it was perfect. I have a family member does a drug take back program and was giving a day to pick up script. So I gave my extra meds to the drug take back since I didn't need them and these guys changed the day to pick up by 2 days so I had to go 2 days without meds cause their inconsistency. Truly baffling

People are very professional and take care of their patrons. I had to go to them after Rite Aid folded and they have not disappointed me at all! A++++

RXes promptly filled. They handle renewals with docs well.Prices excellent. No partial fill BS ala CVS & Walgreens. Vaccines get you free credit at Shaw's.

Deceptive marketing and disappointing customer service. Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere...you will only leave frustrated and paying more. UPDATE: You want my story...here it is... Today at about 8am I went to the Continental Blvd Merrimack, NH store. I pass this store everyday, but had a couple bad experiences years ago and so do not shop there. A few days ago I was looking at the flyer and saw some good sale prices and decided to give Shaws another shot. I signed up for the app and clipped the digital coupons. I was sent a $5 my first order and clipped that as well. 2 days past and this morning I went to the store on my way home from dropping kids at school. I was honestly testing it out...so only got about 10 items that were on sale. I went to the register and tell them this is my first time using the app and asked for help. When I had signed up for the app, it gives you the option to register with email or mobile number. I am sick of too many spam texts, so purposefully used email. At the register the cashier asks me to enter my phone number. I explain to her that I did not associate it with my account. She calls over a different girl to help. The younger casher asks for my phone. She then says that the only way to use the coupons is to put in my phone number. At this point, I just want to get going to work, so say fine and give her my cell. She types it in and then tells me that since I have now updated my account, I won't be able to use the digital coupons for at least 24 hours. I ask if she can simply scan them from the app...she tells me she doesn't know how to do it, so I will just have to use the coupons at a different time. I try to explain that I only came here this AM, in order to use the coupons. She says she doesn't know how to override the system and there is nothing she can do. Additionally, she said if she just manually enter items I would still have the coupons and so could use them again. (As in, I could cheat the store.) At the end, after almost 20 mins in the checkout line I left the store frustrated and spending more for items than was promised on the digital coupons. It was incredibly frustrating that they thought that just telling me to come back tomorrow was a fine resolve. I won't waste my time going back. **I went to submit this feedback (as requested below) via the Shaws App Contact us to find a "chatbot" with preselected questions. If someone actually really wants to follow up with me, please post an email for me to reach out to. Though, honestly, I do not expect though that I will hear anything back from this post.**

Never shopping here again. Paid triple what I would've at Walmart. Checkout person was unhelpful about signing up for a rewards card and rude.

Was in there yesterday for 1 item. Went to the 10 or less lane and there was a woman in the lane with many more than 10. They did not direct her to the other lanes just rang her through. The guy in front of me with 2 things was pacing and real annoyed. He did not give her the 6 foot space and had his 2 things on the counter before she had all hers in her cart. I payed for my 1 thing and she was still in the lot. I told her she needed to go through the regular lanes with over 10. She started yelling at me saying she had a bad day and was entitled to go through 10 or less as she did not want to wait and I was wrong and a b**** for pointing out her misbehavior. Sorry will never go back there if they cater to entitled people. The I'm entitled behavior has to go. Sick of these entitled people. The whole point of 10 or less is to get people with 10 or less out of the store quickly. Stores need to ENFORCE THIS!!!!!!!!!!!

I have been shopping at both Shaw’s but usually go to the one on D W highway because it’s closer to my house! Yes on a few occasions I have bought something back because it wasn’t fresh partly my fault for not checking closer! They always take it back or let me get another or refund my money! I have had it happen at Market Basket also but they are further away for me to return it!!
