Made reservation on 20 June for 8-11 August 2 bedroom 2 bathroom loft $125.97 per night. Confirmed by them on 20 June and 8 August. On 9 August on the war from VA at 1045 am they called to say they could only offer a studio. i said my group could not fit in a studio. I was told they can cancel for a full refund and i should contact booking.com for assistance with for new accommodation. I have not received a FULL refund. But this place should not be advertised on booking.com or anywhere else if they can confirm your accommodation 6 weeks before check in, again the day before check in but call in the day of check in to say they cannot provide the booked and paid for accommodation. TOTALLY APPALLED.

I lived here for one and half years and the office staff, cleaning ladies and maintenance men were always helpful, polite and hard working. The room was clean and spacious and comfortable. I was happy, safe and very pleased with The Residences. I couldn't recommend it highly enough!

I wanted to write a review for this place first of all because credit is due. My husband and I live somewhat locally in Massachusetts and wanted to get away for the night and go to dinner. We found this room which was a king studio at a very reasonable price especially for a holiday weekend ( NYE into New Year's Day). The main reason for leaving this review is to note how great Amanda was who checked us in when we first arrived. She was finishing up with another woman when I walked in and was very quick, efficient and friendly. She was very kind, informative and caring when checking us in. She went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcome and this goes a long way! The room was perfect for us, very clean, the bed was comfortable. We had a great time..we also took Amanda's recommendation to try Tuckers for breakfast, they are amazing, sourcing they're ingredients from local farms and businesses. It was close to the best breakfast and coffee we've had....ever.

They will steal your Security deposit! Before checking out they told me I would hear from them within the month about receiving it. After about a month and a half I started trying to contact them about, sending 3 emails over a month time period, all of them were ignored.

Mitch and the girls at the front desk are so accommodating. Whenever my out of state family visits, I always send them over to the Residences. It feels like home away from home. Thank you for all you do!

Great experience in & out. Checked in late as a last minute jump off the highway. Room was clean, conveniently located to parking lot (kind of like a small apartment), and very reasonably price!
Check in was super fast & easy. We left super early so we left the key in the room and called later to check out on the phone, again super easy!

I showed up at 8:15. The doors lock at 8. They had me standing outside for 45 minutes and then decided to tell me I wasn't allowed on the property. I've never been there in my life. I chose a room with a fireplace & it wasn't even in the room. Manager was supposed to help me resolve this and never bothered calling me back. Very disappointed.

A good place at a reasonable price. Clean rooms. The rooms are decorated in Italian style. Good dishes, good kitchen equipment. But, in the corridors and the room there is an unpleasant smell from the carpet and upholstered furniture. I think this problem is related to the possibility of placing animals in rooms. Overall, we were satisfied with the service. With best wishes.Rooms: Change the carpet, eliminate the smell of pets in the rooms, update the painting of walls and doors.

Let me start by saying that you could not find a better front desk staff that may have here. I don't care what I need or when I come in they are professional, they are helpful and they are all so nice and even call you by name.Finding this place saved us. We moved from Utah and came to New Hampshire to buy a house. We had no idea the housing market was so crazy and staying in a hotel would have broke the bank. We stayed in a king studio apartment it is stocked with plates pots and pans and utensils. The bed is super comfortable and the grounds are really pretty. I love the convenience of having it on site gym and laundry that are open 24 hours. It's literally 1 minute to the freeway and 3 minutes to the supermarket and restaurants.We ended up staying here 6 weeks and had zero complaints.

I was going to stay for a year and put down a month's deposit, but I lost my job the day I was checking in. They had ZERO compassion and took my deposit and I was homeless. I asked if I could stay 1 night as I paid them thousands and they wanted the full nightly rate on top of the money they all ready got. The lady at the front desk was robotic offering no help. So I had to sleep in my car

The Ritz this hotel is not, but what it is, is a clean, nicely appointed hotel/motel with clean rooms, very polite staff (thank you Michelle) and a bed that was extremely comfortable. Recommended if you're working in the area for a few days/weeks.

The first time ever renting a room from the residence at Daniel Webster. We got an early check in which was nice they allowed us to come about 1pm and check in wasn't until 3pm. The first room we got we walked in and the odor was so bad it was making me very nauseous and got a horrible headache I had to say something I stuck it out as long as I could but I couldn't stomach the smell. And the room wasnt the cleanest i feel like they may have rushed through it cleaning. The young lady gave me air freshener at first and that didn't work at all, the awful odor was still there. I went back to the office and asked if we could move rooms. The lady at the front desk was nice enough to move us to a different building. We didn't get upgraded we got the same room we payed for but the second room smelt so much better and it was much cleaner then the first one they put us in. The room had a stove, full size fridge, fireplace, dishwasher. It was a real studio we definitely felt at home. We enjoyed being there when they finally moved us. The pool was beautiful. They have a 24 hour laundry room on site. And a fitness room as well. We will definitely return to stay here again but next time I will make sure I book early enough to get a loft room.

Stayed for 6 nights. Advised during reservation that I worked overnights, asked for a late check out. Noon is the best they could do. Fine.On check in i ask no one enter my room during the day while I’m sleeping. I am told there is no evening or even late afternoon housekeeping: if I need anything come to the front desk. Ok.My first sleep after working I get a text message that the fire department needed to come in my unit and alarms would be going off. Front desk says they have no control “but we will make this right”. No sleep day one. ? I’m a nurse. This was terrible. I had to go back that evening and work another 12 hour shift. No one mentioned this scheduled test until an hour before.After work stopped in for more towels (you get 2 towels and 2 face clothes for a week, so bring linen if you’re working a lot). Front desk isn’t open at 730am. Tried to go before I went into work: front desk isn’t open at 630pm. Not “hotel like” as advertised, at all.Mid week: needed to do laundry: somehow there was bleach in the machine, which would have been fine, but the washer was broke/ didn’t complete the cycle so my laundry was left in the tub soaked and sitting in the bleach. Couldn’t get it to spin. Had to wring clothes out by hand. Contacted the desk: “we will make this right”.No one ever contacted me or tried to make anything “right”. The staff was kind, but despite them being nice, my experience here was poor.No one was at the front desk when I needed them, but the one time I was awake mid-day and had my laundry ruined. I was told early in the week that the sales manager was supposed to be returning my call re: stated discount on Furnished Finders for travel nurses, never heard from her. My card was auto charged full price before I even arrived.Stay somewhere else. There are many choices in the area.

we stayed there oast week from friday till check out monday morning..it started iut bad..receptionist booked wrong room for us..was supposed to be 2 bedroom,1st floor&ended up being 1 bedroom and sleeper couch in living room..but they did say they wouod correct it next day..they did and gave us a twk bedroom w loft and it was really very nice room..&clean..so we went from 3rd floor not nice,kind of not clean room..to a really nice loft. ty daniel webster for correcting this.and making our stay nice.
