The price was $39 online, they then added fees to it and it ended up being 54 the first one. Second payment was $56, and even though I have a contract they now upped the price to $76, I've only had them for three months! Don't go to this place.
Even though they state there's security the gates are broken!.
Fraud!

Mike at the front desk was very kind and helpful when it came to any questions and assistance I needed. However, my rate was raised 2-3 months in so I had to make other arrangements for a more affordable option; that does seem to be a common complaint in reviews, so I wouldn’t recommend getting a unit here unless you are able to afford possible price increases or are able to move your things out easily and relocate them should it no longer be in budget. It was also a little concerning that I never needed to use my code for the security gate as it was always open, but my items were secure up until moving out.

Price went up after only 2 months. Sometimes I can't access the unit because people park their vehicles at the end blocking entry and I have to back down the isle to or from the unit. Access gate is always unlocked, not really a secured facility. Unit is supposed to be a 10x15 but seems a bit smaller, like a 10x12.

Rented because it was cheap and then they raised the rate 2 months in. Bait and switch. Avoid at all cost.

We needed a storage unit, small, on short notice to empty a family member's home. This place had the 5x5 unit we needed, locks available, and the price was right. Rented for less than a year and came back to empty the unit and close it out same day. No problem. Very helpful staff, good location, and clean, relatively dry units. Stored antiques, tools, and electrical items along with upholstered furniture, all was safe and dry. Easy in and out, even for larger vehicles, well-lit and secure. Highly recommend.

After 2 months here I get an email informing me that my rate of 55 dollars a month is almost doubling to 105 dollar a month. Unaccepable! I got out of there asap. Also there 10x10 unit which I rented was really a 10×9. I measured it with a tape measure. Way to be dishonest about the size of the unit Prime. My advice, find a different storage comapny to do business with. These guys think they are slick.

I needed a short time storage solution while I worked out some challenges between apartments. Mike at Prime Storage in Merrimack was fantastic! I was able to easily reserve the unit online and then received a personal follow up. Mike clearly explained the differences between the units and answered any questions I had regarding the rental terms. Throughout the months I was there, I was always able to get immediate answers and service. When it was time to move my items into the new place, move out was a breeze.
The entire experience was so smooth and I was supported at every step. Prime Storage will definitely be my go to place next time I have a storage need! 😃
