This one, in Merrimack outlets is my favorite one of all the factory stores I have been to.
I can almost always find something here that I like - and mind you I am a repeat offender! All my shirts, t-shirts and hoodies are from Polo.

Best customer service ever! Incredibly helpful and patient, I called multiple times with questions and was provided with information, photos of the item I was interested, and as a result I’ve had a phenomenal shopping experience. Special thank you to Tom and Michael for all of their help!

If you are a person of color don't think twice about coming here. Not only did their employees follow my bf and I around the entire store but they also had obvious "secret shoppers" following us around. Oh oh not only that but we also overheard one of the employees say "yea we gotta keep our eyes on those two". We had about 4 employees following us around and 2 obvious secret shoppers.Essentially their employees unwelcoming tactics prevented me from wanting to spend a dime on a single item there. I put all of the clothes back and left.

Nice store ! Decent discounts and nice quality clothing. You have to go to back of the store to find the good deals. In the front, when you just walk in, almost everything is full price (expensive).

This is an amazing location! I have been twice- both great . Nic R is so helpful and friendly. My second visit - Cat & Ricky were both so nice. Love this location:)

The associates greeted me upon entering the store and they helped me find everything I needed. Elvir asked if I found everything ok at checkout. I told him I couldn't find the same pair of shorts in a different color. He went and found me a pair. Thank you!
