This one, in Merrimack outlets is my favorite one of all the factory stores I have been to. I can almost always find something here that I like - and mind you I am a repeat offender! All my shirts, t-shirts and hoodies are from Polo.

Best customer service ever! Incredibly helpful and patient, I called multiple times with questions and was provided with information, photos of the item I was interested, and as a result I’ve had a phenomenal shopping experience. Special thank you to Tom and Michael for all of their help!
