Every time I get my car washed at Patriots car wash, Rich has been so customer oriented. He helped me with many things, and there was always a smile on his face. He has helped me with the inside of my car as well as the outside cleaning, and his humor is wonderful always in a great mood!!! He's so appreciated

I don’t know why there’s so many bad reviews. The guy that I had today was great!! He was very funny and even got My headlights clean that I couldn’t figure out how in the world!!! I think this guy went above and beyond I asked him his name, and from what I can remember I think he said Chris. I would definitely bring my car back again And I always tip for excellent service, so thank you Chris!!!!

They are surpose to be open till 5sat in line for 20 minutes and at 3 put the close sign in front of me though that was very rude not very good customer service

New owner is unpleasant to deal with. Yelling at me while driving into the bay, "hurry up! Hurry up!. I watched them wash a van in front of me with a dirty old brush, no soap going from bottom to top. I told them to keep their brush off my car and let the car wash do it's job. Guy waves his hand at me in disgust and starts the wash. At the end of the tunnel, there's a dribble coming from the rinse, my car still had soap all over it. Dryer left a lot of water on the car too. What a terrible business, never again.

Since I have lived here for over 5 years this is the only place I went to get my car washed. I went to use my free wash from their punch card and they wouldn't accept it. I was informed that they got new owners 3 years ago and they accused me of waiting 3 years to use the free wash card and 3 years to even wash my car which was not the case. I definitely have gone within the past year or so and whoever was working punched my 'old' card at least twice. They refused to honor my card while making me feel really bad about my dirty car at the same time. That's why I was there! And then I couldn't even drive through the car wash I had to do a three-point turn to back out and leave. That's too bad cuz I would vacuum my car there and everything.Services: Auto detailing

They’re extremely unprofessional and Uncourteous. I booked an appointment online and came all the way from Manchester. When I got there the guy said “Oh sorry my detailing guy just left”.I told him I have an appointment. Then he says we are doing maintenance on the car wash. If you were doing maintenance why did you allow customers to make appointments online?I’ll never go to this place again.Service: Auto detailing
