They closed 45 minutes before 8:00pm. I’ve come twice and the service is poorly. The guy had a very bad attitude when I asked the time they closed since it was literally outside the store 8:00pm.

Called store phone. Phones are not answered.

Overpriced, they don’t tag there clothes correctly and they apparently close two hours early even though I can see the workers inside with locked doors ?

Walked into the store and all the lights were off. You could barely see the clothes.
There was one girl working there and she was sitting on the counter on her phone, not acknowledging a thing.
Uncomfortable vibe…
Then my girlfriend bought a sweater, went up and after a couple minutes of being ignored we signalled that we wanted to buy something, she hopped off the counter rang it in and didnt say a word.
Never seen customer service so poor, we almost thought it was a joke!

My friend and I walked into the store hoping to get new spring items. We love the store and normally have great service however when we asked for a dressing room we were not questioned about how many items we had or if we wanted separate fitting rooms. So we walked into the same one with 8 items; me with 5, my friend with 3. We then got a loud bang on the door with an aggressive tone asking why we were in there together with more than five items. This was not the same lady we asked for a dressing room for. The aggressive lady asked if our parents were with us and threatened to call security just because we had “too” many items in the same dressing room, even though we weren’t asked how many we actually had. While we were quickly trying to change, she was yelling at us to get out. Mind you we had been trying on clothes for ten minutes already and were fully dressed with our soon to be bought clothes. We were very disappointed of how disrespected we were treated by the lady that yelled who stated “ I don’t work in this department.”While the other worker didn’t even ask us if we wanted seperate dressing rooms and how many items we had in total. We are never coming back and would recommend you going to another pacsun where you’ll be treated with respect. Ps to the pacsun worker, number one rule in customer service is that the customer is always right goodnight. Ps to the ps, SHE TOOK MY LULULEMON LEGGINGS AWAY BECAUSE I HAD TO MANY ITEMS!!!! WHAT IS THIS

A really bad experience. My friend and I entered the store and started collecting items in the middle one of the workers came to us and said that in 30 minutes the store closes and therefore the fitting rooms are closed, we asked for a few minutes to try on the items and we were refused. We had to try on the things in the middle of the store when there was still half an hour left, during the whole time the workers laughed at us and purposely stood next to us while we were trying thr cloth to make us feel uncomfortable. At the end one of the employees said that it is not appropriate that we measure clothes in the middle of the store. We put the clothes back and left. The prices were great and the staff very poor, we won't be back.

We were here today, Columbus Day , and this store was closed without any sign, website says they are open till 8. We took the round for the outlet thinking staff may have gone for the break. When we returned there was sign for “ Be back soon”. We waited 20-30 minutes , nobody opened the store. Like us many people came and were frustrated and had to go back .. thiis is frustrating to come from far to the outlet to only find that store is closed and website says otherwise

Brought my daughter and I had a great experience here. Workers were helpful and kind, confused as to how there are so many negative reviews. Great selection of clothing. Will be back.

I when to PacSun and looked around and ended up finding one pair of sweatpants it took me over 30 minutes in line just to check out. Mind you there was only one cashier working the other three girls were just standing around eating and drinking and doing nothing. When a customer approached the girls and asked why they weren’t doing anything they replied rudely that they were and then when she asked why the cash register was closed to they said it wasn’t turned on. Then proceeded to tell said customer that they didn’t have to buy anything and could leave.

The two girls working were very rude to my friend and I, Clearly laughing at us as we passed by and continued to whisper to each other the entire time we were in the store.
