The lady that answers the phone and is at the front desk is extremely rude and belittles you. Acts like she's a know it all and talks over you when you are trying to ask a question.

Dr. Whitebone and his staff are amazing! I take a 1 Hour Dr. for my fur baby just go to this practice. Well worth it if they only have to go a few times per year! Highly recommended in every capacity.

Love this practice from pet care right down to compassion and empathy. Whole staff is amazing and pricing is fair, too. I love that I can get meds on site, when needed.

Great service. My dog was limping and getting worse. They worked us into their busy schedule and examined the dog along with bloodwork. Gave me a prescription that had the dog back to normal in a couple of days. Diagnosed as anaplasma phagocytophilium.Very reasonable cost. Will return.

Dr. Whitebone and his team provide caring and compassionate care. They make practical recommendations and work with families to ensure that our fur babies' needs are met. Perhaps the best indication of their care is the amount of tail wagging my dog has each time he walks into the clinic!

Naticook is hands down the BEST around! The entire staff is absolutely amazing! You can tell everyone there truly loves their job and love the animals even more. Dr.Whitebone and his team are highly skilled, friendly and understanding. I recommend Naticook to anyone in the Merrimack area that needs a Vet for their fur baby.

Very good. A couple years ago I started taking my 3 dogs and, more recently 1 cat, here. Great staff, very involved with my pets' care. I know vet services have become very expensive in the last few years for reasons I don't fully understand, but the costs at Naticook are still far more reasonable than at other animal hospitals.

When my dog suddenly developed a respiratory problem, Naticook was able to accommodate us quickly. I was able to drop him off almost immediately, and despite only having 1 doctor on duty that day who was fully booked, they diagnosed and treated him. The doctor even took time out of her lunch to explain everything and answer all of my questions. The entire team makes me feel completely comfortable and confident in the care provided at every visit. I am so glad I had switched to them prior to this incident, or the outcome may not have been so favorable. I feel that all of my pets are now receiving the best care possible, and I couldn’t be happier!

Dr. Whitebone and his team are always patient, kind, and highly skilled when working with my dog (who is quite nervous at the vet's office). I am grateful for their willingness to take the time to make both me and my pup feel comfortable.
