Absolutely horrible technicians that rotate in and out of the shop. If you don’t talk to the manager, the kids will lie to you saying they don’t have time to do work because of how lazy they are. Multiple times I have been turned away while the manager says different.

I have gone to two Monro Auto repairs and neither of them were able to fix my car, however I was charged for “fixing” my car. The one in Amherst tried to up sell me and tell me something was wrong with my car, when in fact that was it the issue. I brought it in to fix a squeak and although they replaced the fan belt I continued to squeak. I then brought it to the Monro’s in Hudson, they could not make my car make the same sound. I did however continue to go there multiple times. I had to wait an extend time for my car to even be brought into the garage even when I had an appointment. The final straw was I brought my car in for the initial squeak, had an appointment and was told they couldn’t fix it until the following day. I loved with the steak for two years. I finally found another garage (Edwards in Litchfield), and they were able to fix the squeak the first time. All they had to do was tighten the belt. Which was supposedly replaced twice by Monro. Never again will I go to Monro and I advice those looking to save there time and money to not go there either.

These guys are so nice and clearly know cars! After 4 failed attempts at getting my AC fixed in Hudson NH Larry and his guys fixed it the first time! They have won my business going forward! Thank you Larry!!!

Pulled in 1 1/2 hours before they close to get oil change. Only pulled in because every bay was open and empty. Asked to get an oil change and they had to have an appointment made for later in the week to do it?? If they are empty what are they doing besides sitting in the watching the clock til close… come on guys, where did the real mechanics go…

I trust Monro, I have been a long time customer because they are friendly, respectful of my time, always told me true of what I need and it is easy to make appointment. They have been the same since my first oil change since 2010. Thank you again. ?????

First time stopping in because I was having a issue with my tires talk to the manager told him what was going on and he was more than happy to check them for me fixed the issue and didn't even charge me for his time I appreciate him and the staff if I ever need tires or anything I know where I'm going

I’ve had a few experiences with this Munroe over the last year. I got tires with them, and it took over an hour and a half for these to be put on. The reason was.. because everyone needed to stand around and speak with a manager although our appointment was made weeks in advance. Don’t you think your manager would want you to provide good customer service and business to be operating as usual? The second time happened to be this morning. Sunday, they are supposed to open at 9am. We made a 9:30 appt. to get an oil change and an alignment.. no one was there, the doors were locked, and it was clearly not open. Let’s just say I’ll be going to a different location from here on out. One that can manage their appts and time well.

I can't say enough good things about Larry and his staff. Knowledgeable and friendly, always able to book an appointment when it's convenient, and the work is top notch. We've been bringing our cars to Monroe for a long time and wouldn't trust anyone else with them! We've had some unfortunate things happen to our cars but Larry and his staff were always there to take care of repairs and servicing. I will always highly recommend them!

Monro in Amherst has been taking care our cars and trucks for years. With no inspections switched to Monro Merrimack. Same great service but NO records on file. Corporate needs to fix this to keep loyal customers.
