“The thing here is that you know what you're signing up for. They give you the information ahead of time. I needed money when I was down on my luck and before I had any sort of credit. The interest was high and the loan I took out for 200 has cost me more than double than that. However I signed up for it and got the money knowing what I was getting myself into. Have I always been happy with them no, I am spending an outrageous amount with them. Sometimes the customer service people can be abrasive at first but I would assume that they don't always have the pleasure of dealing with people with reason. I have usually always gotten the answers I've needed and a few times the woman handling my account has gone above and beyond. So just be aware of what you are signing up for, the company is providing a service that you are accepting the terms of so don't come on here and complain when they do their part and you fail to follow through on your end.”
