Brook during the morning is a sweetheart. The guy at night a bit odd in regards to the vibes. I won't be doing laundry at night here as the gentleman at night is an odd duck.

Most of the machines are out of order the change machine never works. When I come in the morning, there’s a mad rush to get what washers that are available. The place is not very clean at all and the professionalism with some employees are not that great. They’re in the process of losing a lot of valuable customers that come weekly.

I love this laundromat! It's perfect size, they're usually busy but the flow of people is consistent I have never had to wait for a machine or a dryer. The employees are lovely all friendly, courteous and efficient.The location is clean and well kept and has good hours.Thank you for being here!

4/30/23Machines are still routinely broken and there hasn't been a working change machine in (presumably) months. Worse still, the card readers are picky and often won't read cards. Who the heck is running this place?1/21/23Not usually a bad spot to do some laundry, but I walked in today and half the machines were broken, and the other half were in use by the two people inside. The parking lot was almost empty, how does that make any sense?I legitimately had to do laundry down the road at that coin-op place next to Billy's Pizza. Not ideal, but I guess it's better than having half of the machines down.

I have been here three times as I am traveling and this place is what I want all my laundromats to be: clean, quiet, take credit card, and most of the machines working. I do a lot of traveling for my job and it can be hard to find this in one place. In addition there is plenty of parking which is a nice plus. I will definitely return again if I am in the area and need to get caught up on the dirty laundry!

Owners are great peoplenevermind sing and play instruments. My girlfriends daughter even put an application in to work there! Great place you guys. Ofcourse i already knew it would be great. ?

Great place to do laundry with easy access. The help no matter who is working are very friendly and helpful. Fairly priced and clean. I will eventually use the dry cleaning part of the business soon.

Good Laundry mat. Nice Big Washers. Most of the Washer's and Dryers Work. Dryers are tricky, When pay. The Time frame to get Wash and Dry Clothes is a faster time. From other laundry mats. From my own experiences.? Can use Quarters is Best and Easier. But Can use Card's too. Cards are little tricky with the Dryers. There Staff associates are Helpful. Just ask them. They will help you out. There always Hiring. ? Note; Good idea. To always be Responsible for Your Own belongs. This Is a Good place to get your laundry done. Get little fast shopping done too. Is convenient. I give 4 Stars ????

Although the staff sweeps the floor and dusts the tops of the machines frequently, the inside of EVERY detergent, softener, and bleach dispenser that I have opened is disgusting!! There is black mold, and brown sludge on the inside. In addition there are random hairs in various dispensers, ABSOLUTELY NOT what I want spilling into my laundry as it washes. This is my third time here and each time is worse than the last. Today while inserting coins into the machines at a cost of $4.50 for heavy/hot loads, 2 of the 5 machines changed from my heavy/hot selection to normal cold before the wash began. At that point you can't override the temperature settings or open the door to try to reset the error. When we asked for assistance from a staff member he stated that he had no idea how to rectify the problem! He stated that he didn't think there was anything that he could do to help. He had absolutely no suggestions on how to satisfy the customer, me, when I said that now that means after the next 22 minutes when the loads are finished washing, I was going to have to rewash the 2 loads again. Due to the nature of the linens and bedding I was washing I needed hot water to kill bacteria. I am extremely frustrated because I am losing my time and my money on the machines, detergent, softener and bleach. I will be looking elsewhere for a new laundromat. If the staff had offered a solution and apologized I would have considered giving them 1 last chance, even though I have to clean the disgraceful dispensers myself before using them.
