The sales folks know their products well and were able to recommend a 15% discount when I asked if any were available. I'm going to sound like my grandfather here, but I remember when shoe sales folks used to measure your feet before selling you anything. Not anymore. Probably because of COVID. Sad times we live in.

Both of the employees were nice, helpful but not overbearing. This store has a huge selection and decent prices. If there is a sale, it is worth the drive!

I gave this location 2 stars because the displays were done well. Other than that though, help is non existent and the prices are just plain outrageous! I'll say that again, The prices here are just outrageously high!

Love Merrell’s shoes, but our experience at this store today was awful. The store isn’t huge, and the middle aged male associate was constantly harassing the you her woman who was there with him, commenting on her appearance etc, and it’s all you could hear. We left and bought the shoes we had picked out online.

Went in to return or exchange a shoe which was bought from a different store .I did not have the receipt with me. The girl at the desk was so rude and was not ready to discuss about any alternative options. Later i spoke to another sweet lady ,maybe the manager and she helped out saying they can exchange for a different size of the same shoe.

Purchase a big order on may 3rd and they put my order on hold without calling or emailing me. My order was suppose to arrive the 10th of may and now it will not show up because it has not been shipped still after calling them, still shows not shipped and they say why they didn't ship it was because it was a big order and needed to confirm with me but no effort in calling or emailing me. I am seriously thinking on canceling this big order. I really like merrell's too but their customer service sucks.

We were pleasantly greeted at the door by Zachary. We knew exactly what we wanted we walked in. After a brief description were trying on shoes. We left our selections at the register and perused the various % off sales. Couple of the items were not avaliable in our sizes but Zachary took note of the items and sizes were needed . With a few phone calls our items were ordered from a different location and in fact just recieved an email that they will be on our door step via Fed Ex in the morning. I usually do a lot of online shopping like most people but this was by far the most pleasant shopping trip in a while. You have have a solid team and they should be applauded for their customer service skills.

I went here to get steel toe boots for my new job and AMANDA was there working. She was very nice and very helpful...Sweetest person ever!!.when I was checking out she even gave me a 20% off my purchase, she didn't have to but she did..that made my night..Amanda definitely deserves to get best employee EVER!!!...So thank you Amanda that was very nice of you...I'll definitely recommend this store to friends and family!! I'll definitely be back there soon too to buy more shoes from her!❤?❤?

Bought a pair of trail runners on sale and hiking boots for half price. I was helped by Amanda and Zach, both being incredibly personable and kind! Zach was very knowledgable about running shoes, giving me new tips on how to tie laces to prevent injury. Amanda made me feel very welcome and was such a sweetheart. I highly recommend the store and would come again! Passionate employees are such an incredible asset for the brand. Hoping they are both recognized!
