“The website stated that they would open today at 10am upon arrival the signs in the window said closed until further notice. A gentleman who worked there kindly told me that they would be opening at 2 PM. I stayed in the area and did some shopping and as I walked by the store again one of the workers noticed me, came out and assured me that the store would be opening at 2.So at 2pm I went back to the store and as promised they were open. The staff couldn’t have been any nicer. They were happy to help me find everything I was looking for ( with smiles ) and then some. Thank you all for making my shopping experience so pleasant !! I’ll be back soon. ?”
“During my visit in the states I found this logo many times in ppl clothing and I was super curious about this brand , wifey surprised me with this beautiful long t-shirt for Xmas gift and definitely they have nice stuff . She mentioned the store in Merrimack was clean and had good deals”

When we called this store, Courtney was so pleasant to my mom and looked for the specific dress my mom was looking for, and found it! “I just want to thank the GM that was here today, Monday 2/19/24. I placed an online order, showed up at the store before it was even ready because I realized I bought the wrong size. Both the cashier & the GM were great. I'm sorry I didn't get their names. I bothered them when I didn't have to & they were so unbothered by it even though the store was wicked busy. What I should've done was just waited for the online order to cancel itself but thought I had to do an exchange. Both were super friendly, helpful and gracious. Thank you ladies!”

“Went clothes shopping for the first time in at least ten years today at the TH out let in Merrimack, NH. I found a pair of pants I liked and tried them on. They fit. On the way out, met an associate of TH named Alise (Elise). She was a very nice young lady. I told her about my shopping needs and she helped me out. I cannot thank her enough for all the help she gave me. She was very helpful, polite and patient with me. I wound up buying over $500 worth of merchandise. I highly recommend going to TH for your casual clothing needs and definitely see her. She was wonderful!! I hope that management see this and gives her a bonus of some sort! “This factory outlet is fairly large. They had a lot of stock when I was there. The service was really good, the workers helped me find exactly what I was looking for. They also match the price that was listed online at their website, since the price at the store was a little more expensive.”

“My husband and I went in yesterday to get our daughters a few items for fall. Jose was wonderful! So kind and very helpful. He took his time polishing a pair of boots we picked out and we had a pleasant conversation with him. It was a nice change from a lot of other experiences we had in other shops through out the night.I think some of these one star reviews are unfair. Everywhere you look these days there are signs in store fronts saying “help wanted”. Pro tip- call the store before you go instead of checking Google hours. It’s either these stores stay open limited hours with their limited staff or they close for good. Retail is harder than ever with the rise of online shopping. It’s not easy to keep your store fronts open or keep people happily employed while they deal with entitled customers. New system changes are not the store employee’s fault. That is a corporate issue that does not deserve a one star rating.We had a great experience here and Jose was the reason for that. He was kind, helpful and even while attending to us he said hello to every person who walked through the door and offered help to others around us. I think the store was being run by he and one other associate. So job well done to a small staff on a Saturday afternoon. Bravo!”
“I fairly surprised about the price range on the items here. For a place that felt like a warehouse version of Marshalls (seriously it felt like things were missing and being placed up for the first time), they had super pricey clothing. To be fair they also had great prices for the quality and brand for some merch.
I was happy with the quality of the clothes I got and the staff was friendly, but finding what I was looking for was a nightmare.
If they are able to do better at organizing/displaying they're merch I'd be interested in getting more stuff here.”
“We were getting cashed out during crazy busy Black Friday morning and the computer system went down - ALL the cashiers, the manager and other staff were wonderful! They immediately started trouble shooting and calming everyone in line. They were professional, courteous and handled their early morning crisis wonderfully! (We’ve been in many other times and they’re always great)”
“One of the better stores at this outlet in my opinion. Go to Abercrombie or somewhere else first, they'll give you a 10% coupon for Calvin Klein. I bought a stick leather bomber jacket here last time, which was nice and cheaper than similar offerings at Wilson leather.”

With the exact sunglasses not being in stock, he special ordered them and had them shipped to our house. He made a fan out of our son. And, he exemplified how customer service should look.”
