“Not my first stop for beer but it works. You always need to CHECK THE DATES on beer because every time I have gone I have found beer that is at least 6 months old or even a year old plus. Craft beer typically falls off after a few months so I will never buy cans older than 3 months. It seems like they purchase way too much beer and don't have much turnover with them. They have so much so the beer just sits there. I wish they would get rid of these old beers...It's nice how they have a good selection of cigars, wines and meads with reasonable prices though.I much prefer going to non-corporate beer stores like Bert's because the beers are fresher and prices are better. And they actually help you with finding beer. The people that work at Beer and Wine Nation don't look like they know beer at all and I have never seen them not behind the counter or helping anyone find product.”
“Ben was warm, welcoming, knowledgeable, and excited to show me around. He did a great job informing me of how the store is laid out, helping me pick out cool new things to try, and letting me know of the discount opportunities and loyalty features. Such a great find and so excited to go back!!”

“Always fun. The team is great and they don't make me feel like a dope when trying to find a good beer for my IPA-loving family members.
I would love a way to track what I buy, to get more suggestions or eliminate repeats. I bet there's an app for that but how cool if the point of sale system automatically did it for me?”
“I don't know who the dude was who was working there, but he was amazing. He helped me on multiple occasions find the thing I was looking for, and he even helped me carry stuff up front when mixers I was carrying were a bit much for two hands. On top of that, he was super upbeat and friendly. Top notch dude, top notch experience. ?????”
“It's a state liquor store... how much can you say? Staff is always friendly and, I'm sure if you need help they'll be just a helpful as they are friendly. They have the fairly standard selection as far as I've seen at most NH liquor and wine outlets. So yeah, certainly can't go wrong with this location.”
“The new location on Gold St. Manchester NH is great! It's clean and the staff is fast and friendly. I would recommend anyone to go to this location over the 1 on Elm St. Manchester NH.”
“I go directly to the clearance area when shopping here, as the prices have been reduced. They do not always have the same items at all of the stores, so it's fun to shop around.”

1308 Elm St, Manchester“Great little store with nice staff. Only complaint is that It says that they open at 8 AM on the door and online but they are never there until at least 9. they should at least change their hours or be on time!”
“Staff are extremely friendly and personable and they CARD ME lol. I love it.A very friendly gentleman walks around on Fridays , hard at work and ready to help you locate any specific beverages you might be looking for. Some of the staff are little alcohol enthusiasts and have wonderful suggestions if you can't decide what you want.”
“Great prices, 1/10 would not recommend binge drinking everything you bought to get hydrated and ending up in the hospitals. At least if the prices were a bit higher I could afford so much”
“Awesome place to shop for all your beer, wine and cigar needs! Great customer service, they are always friendly and knowledgeable about their products. Our go to store for years!”
“This is a smaller NH Liquor and Wine store, so the wine selection can seem limited (you may not find exactly what you are looking for but you will definitely find something). The staff is always helpful and friendly at this location!”
“Nice shop with a great selection, but was disappointed to discover a $7 beer I bought was dated 11/2022 and definitely past its peak shelf life. Technically not unsafe to drink but just a bad look if you are selling something so far past its canning date.”
“We visit friends in New Hampshire each year in September. My husband's first stop after we arrive in Manchester is to go to the liquor store and stock up with wine, etc. as gifts and for our enjoyment during our stay. In Maryland, there are lots of liquor stores that are individually owned with prices across the board. They sell everything, beer, wine, hard liquor, etc. Our grocery stores are not permitted to sell wine and beer in the stores. It is a different concept for us to have liquor sold only by the state and wine and beer to be sold in grocery stores. He has always found the prices and selection here to be very good. The store is well-laid-out, and the staff is always pleasant and helpful when he asks questions. There is plenty of parking, as well as handicap parking.”

68 Elm St, Manchester“What can you say bad about a liquor store, except there is one older lady who works there with glasses who is the rudest person who works there! Honestly she makes it seem like the customer is bothering her! I'm sorry don't you work here ma'am! I'm pretty sure no one is forcing you to, and you get a paycheck every week, but have been so rude to my husband and myself we will stand in a longer line if it means we don't have to deal with you! Wish I knew your name to really put you out there, but I am sure I gave a good enough description!”
