I have never shopped at J.Crew before and my first experience at the outlet was amazing. Marina was so kind, helpful, and thorough. She kept checking in on my fit style and what may work better for my height and body. I really appreciated her assistance and guidance. She really knows her products with J Crew.

Store was ok. I bought a dress shirt here. The shirt already (about 5 months) starting to rip and fall apart faster than other shirts of similar quality. Sort of disappointing.
