HM Motorworks is always a pleasure to deal with. Haleem & his team are second to none! Scheduling is very easy & can be done online. The staff is always friendly & courteous. The waiting room has wifi if you need to work while you wait, along with coffee, snacks & comfy chairs. They were kind enough to give me ride home & back to the shop for my latest service.
Very grateful to have a local alternative with technicians who know how to repair foreign cars vs using the dealership. I highly recommend this shop & will continue to use them for all of my car service needs.

Great job by the crew here doing a water pump in our Grand Cherokee. I lost my current mechanic due to retirement here in Merrimack. I am glad I did not have to look too hard to find another good one

I work in sales in the performance/luxury automotive industry and I wouldn’t trust any repair facility to maintenance my daughter’s vehicle. H&M is great at prioritizing needed maintenance/repairs and advising on the best way to spread out the cost for a money conscious college student. I’d recommend H&M to anyone seeking a fair, no BS experience when needed maintenance/repairs are needed.

first visit here. we bought in my car for an oil change. scheduling the appt. over phone was fairly straight forward. waited, while work was completed on time. front office/waiting area was neat and clean. staff were all professional and friendly. will certainly use them again for any future service requirements.
