“Darling's is one of the few places where you can use the words "honest" and "mechanic" next to each other.I went to them a few years ago after getting cleaned out by another mechanic two years in a row. The second time, it was obvious fraud (complete failure to address the problem coupled with replacing a part that was good). Am I glad I switched!They do look at things carefully and give accurate assessments of both current and impending problems (like tire wear, for instance, AHEAD of when they need to be replaced). There is absolutely no pressure to buy parts or services from them, based on what they report.From what I've seen and other people tell me, the Darlings try to keep repairs as reasonably affordable as they can. They are more than willing to prioritize what needs to be done, so it can be spread out. Their hourly labor rate is competitive with similar businesses, but since they are competent, it's kind of a bargain.The only drawback is that A LOT of people recommend Phil and Son's. That's bad because it means that there's a wait when I want to get MY car in. In spite of that, I've directed my best friends there because what nicer thing can you do for your friends than to find a very good and ethical mechanic? If they could just book their cars in AFTER mine....”
“Took a buddy of mine to look at all the high end stereo equipment. This place is for serious audiophiles. Lots of speakers, headphones turntables, and receivers to list a small portion of what they have. They have a very deep selection of new and used LP records too.”

“I had a great buying experience at Fireside Living in Bedford. Walked in on a Saturday and met two employee installers(Chris and Drew) who sold me on a fireplace insert instead of gas logs. Two weeks later the installation was complete just before the April storm. The challenge in the installation was access to the fireplace flue because of the topography around the chimney. It required three ladders to be used around the chimney and the roof. Great install and an excellent product!”

Smiling with us. Very Helpful, Took us to what we needed. Was excellent Service. We were able to find Everything we needed and More. Found some Great Sales. Low cost $ items. Pharmacy had our Med's Ready. Front Check out associate's were friendly, greetings. Smile's. Very Nice.

“This Apple Store was extremely busy, and every time I have been there it has been very busy as well. So I would recommend having an appointment scheduled through the Apple Support app. They were very prompt and professional getting my QR Code scanned in so they would know I was there for my appointment, got my charging port area cleaned out so I could now charge it with my cable again. And ran both hardware and software diagnostics and fixed my iPhone 15s performance problems. Excellent service!”

“I recently had 5 plus hours with Verizon prepaid customer service online, at home, trying to upgrade from my Verizon Phone 6 plus to a Verizon iPhone 8 plus. Multiple calls and unbelievably frustrating. Something that should have taken 5 minutes, porting my Verizon account and number to the new phone, ended up a nightmare. Anyways - went into this store and they hooked me up in......FIVE minutes! Activated and out the door. Allen the manager was fantastic. Lesson learned - boots on the ground I guess.5 solid stars.”
“I went into the Londonderry Verizon twice in the last week. Jenna helped me save 40% on five items and switch two phones from xfinity to Verizon and activate a new line purchase.. I also worked with Steve who helped me trade my old phones in, get my rebates and sign up for my programming.. both representatives were very knowledgeable and professionals, waiting on a 60 year old guy who isn’t that technological savvy.. they were a gods end and gods gift to the elderly.. they deserve a bonus and should be running the store..”

“Typically love this location and would've given 5 stars if not for my experience earlier today. I'm friendly with all the staff, except for the one rude older lady there. It's getting to the point she's so miserable I avoid going there when she's working. Like, why work there if she can't have basic manners/people skills?I make it a point to be a pleasant person to anyone I interact with. But she had me telling her to shove that attitude where the sun doesn't shine ?After someone is rude to you so much it gets old. But other than that, this is my go-to store as long as she's not behind the counter.”
