THEY DO NOT OFFER SAME DAY SERVICE. Website says drop off before 9am and pick up after 5pm which is NOT TRUE. Should be illegal to advertise a service they don’t offer - oh wait it is.

The strangest pricing scheme to dry clean shirts. Prices are based off of sizing of shirts, pockets on shirts and pleated or not pleated shirts. Even though these prices are unique the dry cleaning driven labor is all the same right and even the equipment used consistently throughout the dry cleaning world. Yet this business insists on not having a set price for all shirts. We all know that shirt manufacturers or even other clothing, they all don't make that size you are all the same. They even don't depict all use the same sizing scheme whether it's letter sizing or numbers. So to charge a consumer a price point for the size of a shirt is just not in line with traditional dry cleaning prices throughout the world. You're holding the customers victim to the inconsistency sizing in manufacturing of clothing. All of this confusion leads trickles down to the employee trying to decider this unfair pricing scheme. I even called to speak with a manager and no one even called me back after leaving my phone number. I spend $80 - $100 a month in dry cleaning. Guess I'll just take my business elsewhere. Different is not always better Daves. Especially when your business is dry cleaning. They all dry clean the same and press shirts the same.

I have been going to this location on 101A for over 15 years. They are fantastic! The front desk associate greets everyone with a friendly, cheerful smile and is always very helpful. The thing that impresses me the most is how consistent they are. The quality control standards are nothing less than amazing! It's no exaggeration to say that I have had HUNDREDS of garments dry cleaned for my entire family and in that 15 years, only ONE article of clothing sent back as a 're-do'. Again, the front desk associate was friendly, she sent it back as a rush order and I was not charged. This is a very nice family owned business and they are a real asset to our community! Try them out - you won't regret it!

Very poor customer service. One of my husbands favorite shirts was ruined during cleaning. I went to the store and the employee was very polite, took my number and assured me a manager would call me to discuss reimbursement within a day. Nearly a week later I called and asked to speak with a manager and was told that it was not their fault. I was not even offered credit for the cleaning that ruined the item.
