Busy, convenient location and access. Prescriptions filled quickly. Great selection of chocolate, usually dark too. Often still have a cashier, but always self-checkout registers.

Pharmacy staff was very unhelpful and dismissive. They did not fill my script after I got a text they had done it 2 days prior. Then they denied ever receiving the script.

If I could give negative or zero stars I absolutely would. It’s amazing to me that a store can have five people working behind the counter and still make you feel like you need to progress through each of the circles of hell in Dante’s Inferno. Even though I was told my prescription was ready it took a total of 40 minutes to get it. I will never come back here.

Just nothing but a clown-show. The phone "service" is virtually intolerable with horrific wait times and crappy acoustics. Trying to circumvent all this by using the web site is an exercise in futility; I've been waiting ten days for a script to be filled; the website lies to me saying script will be ready at some time and the clowns deny knowledge of said order. Just a huge waste of time using these clowns.

Horrible customer service. Pharmacy hold time 45 minutes. Closed their drive-thru - I had covid - what am I supposed to do - go in the store and infect everyone in the store? Then when we are finally ready to pay for my prescription - oops, sorry we don't accept your insurance (Well Sense - NHMedicaid), but if you go to Riteaid, Osco, Walgreens, they do, so basically CVS is the only one that does not. Sounds like big time mgmt problems at CVS to me - go anywhere else!

The \\\"labels\\\" on the aisles are not visible from further than a couple feet, which forces you to snake through the aisles trying to find what you want. If you do accomplish this, you will notice your attempt was in vain since the prices are more than double their competitor. The extra star is because the store was clean, which I assume this is easy since only the top 1% can afford to shop here.

There's no live cashier. There's \\\"Employee Only\\\" Bathrooms. There's little chance this will become my drug store of choice.

CVS has been my go-to for ages. I've actually planned moves based on how far the place is going to be from a CVS. I am reviewing this store to provide you an update on the Covid tests offered. I had one in Texas some time ago, and I am pleased to report it is just as quick and efficient at this location as it was there. Covid tests are done through the drive-thru by appointment only. I got there a little early and there was only 1 other car ahead of me and they were done quickly. They double check your info then provide you with the gear. It's very easy. You swab up each nostril then stick it in a tube, seal it up, place it in a box. I noticed 2 things that were different here than in Texas: 1) In Texas I was told to stick the tip up 1 inch. Here in NH, she said "go in halfway". I asked her to clarify and she just repeated that. I have no idea what halfway is. I stuck it in real far just to be safe.2) In Texas the tubes they use have liquid in them and a scrubber on the bottom; you stick the tip in and scrub it around then discard the tip and close up the tube. Here, you just stick the tip in a tube, snap it off, then seal it up. If you're reading this in 2020 or early 2021, expect results online in about a week. Check your email, and especially your junk email folder.
