bro tells me my cars totalled will never see the road again drags it down the road on the rear end and didn’t use a flat bed mind you my car is maybe 10-15 inches off the ground he doesn’t know what he’s talking about cause u can clearly see the car went together perfectly fine and runs and drives again see me soon bailey go in that neighborhood everyday?

Needed some emergency framework done… It was suggested by my Garage that I give Bailey’s a call. I’m glad that I did… They exceeded my expectations. They were accommodating, professional and very reasonably priced…. Keep up the great work!!!

This body shop is extremely professional they finished everything on time as they promised. Jim is an amazing guy. Very prompt with emails and very reasonable. Definitely would go there again. Fixed my camper and it came out awesome!

I needed a non-emergency tow this week. I called many places in 50 mile radius. Some of them picked up and the ones that had picked up gave me some ridiculous pricing. Office was very nice to deal with and Bailey’s staff called me back to confirm that they could come as promised on the day needed. Pricing was excellent and my driver, Phil, was so nice. Didn’t expect that. They are upfront and tell you that they are an emergency tow service for state police so they do best to come when promised.
Highly recommend Bailey’s.

My car overheated on the highway near Bailey’s as I was driving back to NJ. Bailey’s towing had my car hauled to a local shop within 20 mins of calling them. I was able to ride in the tow truck on the way to the shop, and I’ll be forever grateful to their quick and sincere service. Thank you!

My experience was way less then stellar, from the judgemental Jim to the incompetent office staff, which I recommended to my mistake they over charged and under delivered with additional damage to my vehicle and big hidden fees he's a snake that I'll never recommended anymore (yet I've sent people his way over 50+ times) over 500 for a tow and with his inexperience cost me way more then it should have

Wow, what a great experience working with Bailey's!! Even though my tow was not an "emergency"; they still were able to get me taken care of, same day and with a smile. No issues whatsoever on the pickup, transit, or drop off. Even took the time to go into the shop at the drop off location and ensure he put it in the correct place. I've dealt with plenty of shops over the years and have never had an experience as positive as this one. Call these guys, you'll be happy you did!Services: Special vehicle towing

Car was towed to this place via MERRIMACK PD. They are friendly and helpful as far as letting you know that it will cost you more if you want to get your car on a weekend after 5 it's going to be less if you wait until the next business day during the hours of 9-5. So stop and think. Leaving the car an extra day saved me money. True story

I brought my truck in for right side scratches when I picked it up I could not see out my windshield and when the sun would hit it I had to pull over I tried glass cleaner nothing then I called the shop they said bring it in we will get it off well I work til 4 in derry cannot get their for 430 so I asked the person that does my detailing and who I had put on my ceramic coat he told me how to get off. I had to open my hood of truck cuz I noticed blue (the color of my truck) I could not believe what I saw the paint was all dripped down inside how this happened when it was the back being painted is beyond me. Also when I picked up I noticed a scratch by behind passenger side door that was never their they insisted they didn't do it. 30 days later I just had them come put the ceramic back on the part they did and they said they did a horrible job as there were "scuff marks" all over where they had to redo they got most of them out but I am very disappointed in the work they did. When I talked to Jim to get work done he was so confident thst this was an easy job 10 hours of labor they had my truck for 2 1/2 weeks now I know why. I calked to talk to Jim about this stuff and he was absolutely rufe to me. Would I recommend Baileys absolutely notAs I cannot respond to your response I can bring my truck in right now and show you the paint that is down inside under my hood as I did not do anything with it. As for Jim to say to me can you bring it in on Saturday I said oh i didn't realize you were open Saturday's Jim's response to me was " did you ask" I did mention the chip of paint and she said she was new to talk to Jim about it which he was not around to talk to about. I also never said you don't know what you are talking about to anyone in your office
