Lack of attention to details by the Service Department.I had been happy with the service department until this last service.I purchased 4 new tires, a front end alignment, and an engine service.After picking up the car the tire pressure monitor indicated low tire pressure.I checked the tire pressures and found all four tire under inflated by 6 psi (30 psi not 36 psi) While adding air to the tires I found all four had been mounted on the rims backwards (asymmetrical tread pattern). I contacted the dealer to have the problem corrected. When I picked the car up, the service manager avoided me like I had leprosy, and the service writer was trying to blow smoke up my ass about changing air temperature and tire tread patterns.On the way home the tire pressure monitor again indicated low tire pressure, pressure was correct meaning they did not rest tire pressure monitor. the first time I took the car down the highway it shook violently. I took the car to VIP in Milford to have the balance checked. I was informed and witnessed all four were out of balance. Additionally the technician informed me that the wheels had a mix of old and new weights. The tires were never balanced after being remounted, and during the initial installation the old weights had not been removed, just more weight added. I had done a Google review with my name attached to which the "service manager" John replied to contact his with his phone number, instead of contacting me directly with the dealership contact information on file.I will not set foot in their service department again, and everyone else should use caution.

John did a fantastic job of communicating with us and following up after we had questions about the services. He was attentive, efficient and returned calls quickly. When in person, he was polite, clear when communicating information, and always available to help. We had a terrific experience while working with him.

Mitchell (sales consultant) and Nick (general manager) are amazing. They went out of their way to ensure I was able to receive ALL the features in my current atlas cross sport. Both were very professional, thorough and willing to accommodate my needs. Highly recommend this dealership!

Service staff is super nice and friendly but it's incredibly frustrating to wait almost 5 hours for an oil change/flushing of lines. Even with an appointment and telling them I come an hour away I still had to wait that long! Clearly the facility is overworked/understaffed. It was inconvenient to have to take 2 cars up for such a simple service. The guys are all super nice though!

John was extremely helpful. My car took much longer than expected, do to service help. John was able to secure a loaner for mewhich made for a positive experience. He communicated with me in a timely manner, and was always transparent.

I always have a great experience with Nick pertain service advisor he always answers my questions always very friendly every time I come here.My next five star review goes to Mica Buck The tech that worked on my car Nick came up to me And brought me to Mica Buck And he told me that my rear brakes and pads have plenty of life on them My pads were 50% of life on the vehicle he was very honest to me So each time I come here I will ask for you Mica Buck to work on my vehicle as long as you're here keep on doing the hard work that you do i hopefully you get a raise after this review because I never met a most honest technician in my life until today and these are the people that you do not find these days honest technicians that tell you the truth and don't try to rip you off I've saved $500 today so thank you. you guys are awesome thank you for all your hard work.

Overall things went well. My car and key were done two days later than informed which was a bummer, but not terrible. I also wish communication had been a little better as I didn't get call backs either of the two times I called on Thursday. The service writer, Jamal was kind and professional when I spoke with him over the phone and the service manager was as well and informative when I met him upon pickup of car. I'm happy to have my car back with a spanky new key for a better/lower price than I expected.

The service crew, desk & mechanic bay, are great. I'm always treated as a valued customer and not different or demeaned because of my gender. From day one this has stood out to me. The honest, transparent, and consistent communication from beginning to end of service is always present. I really appreciate having this high level of service in my community. I will always visit this team for my 2023 ID.4 needs.

Brought our Volkswagen for service. Autofair did not diagnose the problem correctly. They blamed the issue on the fact that we had our oil changed at another company. Picked up our car when it was ready, same warning lights came back in within 2 minutes of driving. Brought car back immediately. Ran car through diagnostics and told us it was a different issue altogether. Very poor service and I am not sure that they know what they are doing. We will be having our car serviced elsewhere from now on. This is not our first issue with this service department. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else!!!

Had an awesome experience at AutoFair Volkswagon this weekend!! Alex took great care of us in our vehicle search! We came in with intentions to test drive a specific vehicle and 4 test drives and 3 different vehicles later, we chose a totally different car! Alex was patient and helpful as we finalized our purchase decision. Tod, the manager, and the rest of the team were also extremely courteous and customer service oriented. I would highly recommend choosing this dealership.

The service team at AutoFair VW were exceptionally courteous and fast to do the work on my car. While I waited I was able to browse the low pressure sales floor and check out some of the newer models available. Great team over there.

Not impressed with this dealer. I have had exceptional service from AutoFair Hyundai in Manchester- so much so that we have purchased four cars from them. Thought this AutoFair would be of the same level of excellence. We wanted to purchase a vehicle from this dealer and the communication has been very poor. Folks don't return messages there. This has happened twice in our hopes to buy a vehicle from them. Very disappointing experience.

I went in for a speaker replacement on my VW Atlas and it was excellent customer service I’ve received. I spoke with both Johns and each very kind people. The car didn’t take long to service and I scheduled a car service again. Would definitely recommend to people.
