“I have been coming to HM Motor Works almost since the time Haleem setup this business. Rick Stormer and Haleem came together to service BMWs, Mercedes Benz, Audi, Porsche and the Ferraris. Haleem, Rick and their staff have always been thoughtful, honest and provided services at an affordable price point. Their interest and racing heritage also seeps into their overall approach to ensure safety and fix what is necessary. Over the years the business has matured, and they offer loaner cars which is very convenient. Recent issues with supply chain and inflation also affected their pricing like everyone else. If you want your vehicles properly maintained at an affordable price point, HM MW should be on your list. I wish them all the success.”

“My heat did not work I brought my 2016 Toyota to the dealer to fix they quoted me $6000 to fix saying I needed a whole heater assembly. “Went back today for an oil change, tire rotation, and inspection. Excellent, fast service! The guys are very well trained, knowledgeable and friendly. Monro is now our go-to. I'll be taking our other car in soon.
I'd always assumed this was a business to avoid since it's a chain but boy was I wrong. We recently purchased a set of 4 tires from Amazon and decided to give this shop a try to mount and balance the tires. Amazon shipped the tires directly to the Monro shop and everything went just great from there. The store manager, Larry, is a terrific guy who is friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. The guys in the garage are just like Larry. We dropped our car off at 8am and went out for breakfast. While we were eating Larry called to let us know the car was ready - talk about fast! We had an issue with our check engine light and they told us how to proceed with it. The work was done expertly - we couldn't be happier. We've decided to take our cars to Larry at Monro from now on. Excellent local business! Give them a try - you won't to regret it! 5 stars.”

If I had to say something negative, I would be hard-pressed
When I go into the business. It is very difficult to talk with the owner , why I’m just not sure . Maybe that person is coming through a lot. I’m just not sure. But I find myself constantly wondering how come I cannot talk to the owner.
Maybe in time I will be able to talk to him to let him know a few things about my car. I just don’t want to get anyone in trouble? Thank you, Jamie.”
“This is the only auto repair place that hasn't over charged or been shady in some way. They have a great online system that sends you a report of what they saw when they looked over your car and a breakdown of the cost and once you have electronically sign it they get started on the work. My husband had a couple questions about things and his questions were answered within a minute of his phone call starting and he wasn't put on hold or ignored for 20 minutes which happens with a lot of these places. They were up front and had the exact same suggestions and diagnosis as my husband who knows a lot about mechanics but doesn't have the garage or time to do it himself. This is one of the very few places that I would feel 100% confident and comfortable with just believing what they say. I had my car towed there and work was done in less than two working days. 10/10”

“Lewis Towing is top notch! I thought I could tackle a new front end (shocks, lower control arms, ball joints, etc) for my van but that was over my head. They completed the job, didn’t laugh too much at me, and now my van is better than new! (They also installed four new tires and new TPI sensors - at a great price.) Total cost was way under what the dealership would have charged. I trust them with all my cars. Highly recommend!!”
