My first experience there in late October 2023 was incredible. The person behind the counter was extremely helpful and kind. I placed an order online to pick up at this store (they initially didn’t have the size we needed) went to pick it up (Nov 2023) and the counter help again was incredible! There was new trainee there, he seemed very nervous but also happy to learn and work with me! All around great experiences!

Employees of the store is really rude and unprofessional. They forgot to remove the shoe tags and made us to make a trip back JUST to remove the tags.

I was recently in New Hampshire visiting my sister Serena Williams, no relation, and her new husband. She’s on this new health kick, which I do not see lasting, but she insisted that she go shopping for new athletic clothes with me because she wanted my opinion, as if I know anything about fashion Lol.! She took me to this ASICS. I was apprehensive at first because I didn’t even know what an ASIC was, but the place was lovely. However, my whole experience was absolutely made by worker Tana. After my sister went off to the female athletics section, Tana rescued me when I could not find the pair of tennis shoes that I liked in my size. This happens often because stores usually do not display my small size, but Tana blew me away in this particular instance with her affinity for customer service. It only took a jiff for her to find them. She was extremely helpful and said many interesting things. She told me that I had great taste when I had picked out my shoes. It made my day! Not to mention the deal I got on the shoes! I was so pleased with how they felt, as well as with Tanaa’s politeness, that I got a second pair for when it rains. If I am ever in the area again, I will certainly be returning to this outlet.

Yet again, I was on a quest to find trail shoes for OCRs that weren't narrow and wide enough shoe box for my feet. As I walked in, staff was busy restacking inventory and stuff, so I figured I'd give it a go and find a shoe on my own. Settling on the Gel-Venture 8 Wides, I tried on the size 8.5s. It felt good with spacing and traction on the floor as well. Then, I finally asked for help to see if they have it in other colors and a size 8. Luckily, they did have an 8, because it turns out the shoe I originally liked was no a Gel-Venture. So this was much better! By far the best trail shoes for a wide open toe box, just wished there was more color variety than black. Even though it's for mud runs lol.
