Working with Ashley M. at Advantage Insurance made my insurance purchases experience so easy. She responded to my phone calls and emails immediately with all the information I needed for both auto and rental insurance. Ashley was friendly, professional and prompt. She had all the information at hand. Her knowledge and skill helped me and our phone conversations made the whole process a pleasure. Thank you!

Called Advantage to clear up 2022 payments for my accountant and was thrilled to have Linda on the other end of the line to untangle multiple payments. I was so confused but Linda explained things clearly and was patient while I wrote things down…Advantage in Merrimack (I live in Maine) has served me well for about 25 years and has always been there to answer my questions, help me navigate a website and process a claim. When a tree fell on my shed, an agent was here in the morning and printed a check from his vehicle…could not ask for more! Insurance quote for home and auto was cheaper than anyone else. My rate did not go up from 2022 to 2023. Wow! Linda was on the phone with me on 3/14 when the Nor’easter came through. She answered on the second ring!!

Every time I call to say I lost my insurance info can you send me copies, they do! Funny thing is I can go online to get it but for some reason I call Terry. Then there is days when I ask myself if my insurance rates can be any cheaper, once again I call Terry? someway somehow she always pulls through. And that really goes for any person I have spoke to at Advantage Insurance they are knowledgeable, professional and very helpful!

We’ve been Advantage Insurance clients for about 17 years. Back then, I was looking for an agency to insure a motorcycle and found a flyer of theirs at a local motorcycle dealership. Since then, Chris Woods and his team have taken care of all of our personal and business insurance needs. Their prompt, cordial service and assistance throughout the years has never been short of stellar.There are few business that I am comfortable directing family and friends to. Advantage Insurance is one that I recommend without hesitation.

I have used Advantage Insurance as my insurance agents for over 30 years. Chris, Linda and Terry have always been very informative and helpful whenever I needed to update my home or auto insurance. Whether I have questions regarding my current insurance policies or trying to figure out what kind of life insurance is right for me, I can always count on them to give me all of the information I need to make the best decisions for me.

Chris Woods is the most knowledgeable insurance agent I have worked with. I have reached out many times, needing assistance, and he without fail responds immediately. He has also backed himself up with staff that follows suit with him. He and his staff make you feel like you are their only customer!!!!!! What everyone wants!!!

Where do I start? Everyone at Advantage Insurance has been nothing but EXEMPLARY whenever I have needed them From the initial consults for them to address my personal AND business related needs to the recommendation of appropriate coverage (never any oversell). Whenever I have had to file a claim, they have been very willing to assist me in navigating the claims process and for always being responsive. They have always made me feel as though I was their most important client. (and I know I am not but that's how they all have made me feel). They have just been so very great to deal with. I can't say enough about Ashley in particular in helping me with whatever I have needed. Kudos to Chris Woods for hiring top notch personnel and for leading by example.

5/5 stars for me! By far the best insurance agency out there! If you are looking for an agency this is the one to get, my insurance agent Ashley is AMAZING! I never have an issue with communication and every time I have a problem or question with my insurance she’s right there ready to respond with an answer or solution at her earliest convenience. When I’m asked about an insurance agency I always suggest advantage insurance!
