Love this shop for its chic and comfortable resort/casual wear! Prices are reasonable and the owner is incredibly nice. It's a regular stop when we visit Lake Winnie and I've recently ordered online, also. My new white linen jean jacket is a summer classic that I'll wear for years!

I LOVE this store! Michaela always have great casual wear for lake living and lots of ideas for gifts too.Over the recent years, we’ve bought stemless wine glasses w/the likeness of Lake Waukewan etched on, a personalized cheese board/charcuterie slate, and a beautiful cream throw with the shape of Lake Waukewan and the name knit into it, just to name a few.Michaela is AMAZING to work with. I’ve special order loads of different items from her and she always comes through. This is one of those local shops that is an absolute pleasure to purchase from. You always know you’re getting excellent quality at a reasonable price, AND outstanding customer service, to boot!

Looking for comfortable clothing with UPF50, you have come to the right place. So many styles and designs to choose from. If you don’t see something in a pattern that you like, just ask the owner and she will order it for you and ship it to your home. Going into this store is like walking in to your best friends home. ?

I have been looking for nice glassware/wine glasses with SQM for Squam Lake and they have them at Lake Effect!! Along with everything Lake Winnipesaukee of course too. They also have boutique women's clothing and attire for the boat as well as special gifts, such as custom granite cheese boards, etc. great for special gifts! Visit Lake Effect in downtown Meredith and you won't be disappointed!!

Love Lake Effect ! Purchased my second Winnipesaukee coordinate bracelet - this time as a gift for a friend. Lake Effect was awesome - they packaged it up and delivered it as a favor since I was out of state. A beautiful product, well priced, and amazing service. Thank you Lake Effect. What is not to love about Lake Effect! The service is amazing, Michaela always goes above and beyond for her clients. If you need something she does all she can to make it happen for when you need it. She has all the ideas and creativity for your personalized gifts and is such a genuine person who wants to help you find the perfect gift, the best outfit etc. The store has such great items for sale, I never walk out empty handed and always enjoy my time there. She knows what people want to shop for and it is there for you!
