Very bad experience with "J," who "works" in sales. "J" either willfully misrepresented a used boat or is inept in knowledge of the style of boat he was selling. J put the boat under contract, took a deposit and then did no work to complete the sale. He was unresponsive and did not execute any of the paperwork or the details needed to complete the sale. Spoke with a manager and he was helpful over the phone but did nothing to assist in the sale. I had a flight, hotel, rental car and a survey setup and no one answered calls or texts. Lost hundreds of dollars in fees but happy it was only hundreds, rather than thousands, on a misrepresented boat. J claimed the boat was very well maintained and ready for sale but the storage marina gave a very different report, including far below average maintenance and at least a few expensive repairs needed. I would never do business with this company.

Horrific experience, that cost me time and hundreds of dollars, for a boat that was either intentionally misrepresented or the salesman was completely inept! The salesman was very unresponsive. I spoke with the manager and he stopped responding after one call. I have purchased multiple boats and this experience has been at the bottom. Highly discourage doing business with this company.

We just bought our first boat with Jim Delia and cannot say enough good things about our experience in working with him. I bought my third boat from them, it was a beautiful Malibu Escalon in 2000 that I still have and love. I've never even had it in for any service as I do my own.

Bought my first boat from Dan this February And I couldn’t been more happier spending 75k. Not only was the process super fun and easy, but Dan went above and beyond with everything from picking up the boat from me taking care of little things like registering it and prepping it for me but he even went ahead and helped me with ordering some extra personal things I wanted on the boat. My experience there was amazing and plus I got a really good deal. 10/10 would buy again. Thank you again!

I'd give zero stars if I could. First off, the old manager John Miller was a complete loser and had the worst customer service of anyone I've ever dealt with. He told me he had no obligation to release my newly purchased boat to me when I asked if I could just pick it up instead of them dropping it off to my dock. We were going to be up there the 3rd week of June and request in early May to get our boat out of the watwr and it wasn't dropped until June 18. After respectfully asking multiple times with no responses, if they could just drop it near the water and I'd come grab it myself he still caused a fuss and nothing was smooth or straightforward. The Boat is only 2 years old and had multiple small issues, but the problem is that when I call service nobody gets back to your or they say they will call you back, but never call you back for repairs, so you are left figuring out how to fix it yourself. I was happy to hear in the fall when they got a new manager, Bill Alcaraz, and he was super friendly at first. Once we had scheduled a time to get the boat winterized, he informed me a day before the boat was to be winterized that he would no longer service my boat because of my differences with that loser John Miller. I asked him to reconsider because at no point with my previous run ins with John was I rude or exchanged unkind words, we were just on difference pages even though the guy sucked at his job. I never should have requested to go back to this place anyways with my previous experience, but I did because it's all I knew up there. after a couple emails with Bill that he didn't respond to me and I asked him to call me to have an adult conversation for an explanation, but he couldn't even do that. Guy is a coward and it seems to at the terrible customer service will just continue over at East Coast Flightcraft. What a joke this place is, good riddance! Go to Y Landing Marina in Meredith! They have great customer service, are real friendly and a pleasure to deal with.

I bought a new R25 Cobalt from Dan , the owner in 2017. Cost in excess of $100,000. Boat has 170 hours and has an engine issue. I called for service and was told they are too busy with new boat sales and storage. Refused to even give me an appointment. I called the Middleton Ma. store to speak to Dan but he wasn't available and the woman who answered said they were all " out straight". So my boat sits idle on my dock. Conclusion: don't buy a boat from East Coast Flightcraft. Their after sale service is nonexistent. I'm hoping they will read this but I'm not expecting any change.
