  This place is a joke. This is the third time that I’ve gone there during posted business hours and there is some note on the door saying they’ve stepped out for fours, with the open sign still in the window. Are you running a business or a lemonade stand?

  Honestly, the best experience I have had with a shipping agent. Even offering to fight for my package to be resent free of charge, when it looked like the postal service was going to return it to sender. They are genuinly an excellent company with excellent customer service people.I have no issue using Supreme Pack and Ship again and would highly recommend them to anyone who's looking for a high quality shipping agent.
