Justin has been sharpening our blades for the past 7 years. We need ultra sharp blades for our cheese making and Justin delivers the attention to detail required. Separately, Justin also sharpens all our kitchen knives, same attention to detail, very happy with his work. Highly recommend for both commercial sharpening and personal.
