We just had David O'Neil Construction install a new septic system for our home. David and Matt were an absolute pleasure to work with. Everything they did was top notch and they paid attention to every small detail. They ended up doing a few extra small things at our request and they did them without issue or extra fees. Look - it's no fun spending hard earned money for a septic system but if you are going to it - these are the people you should be working with! There is a reason these guys have a 5.0 rating! We just had our culvert replaced last year in Richmond by O’Neil excavation. With the recent heavy rain and flash floods our culvert held strong even with rain rushing up and over the culvert and washing out our entire road. In 20 years the town has never seen that much rain on our road and even mentioned how well the culvert was made to handle that much water. It took the town 4 days to repair the road but our culvert held strong. All thanks to the hard work from O’Neil excavation! I can’t thank you guys enough!

What a great company to do business with! Everyone I spoke to, owner, staff or crew were friendly, helpful and pleasant. Right from the start they were very upfront about the extent of what needed to be done for our septic system. No sugar coating things and quoting a lower price, only to have to raise it later! Their honesty and integrity was very appreciated. They did the work with professionalism and quality. Buying a septic system is never fun, but if you have to do it, O"Neil Construction will do it right the first time.

They are almost too good to be true. Honest, fair, and dependable. Don’t waste your time (and money) on other contractors for your septic/leach field needs, or for all of the other services they provide.

Two years ago, the septic system at my lakeside home desperately needed to be modernized. David came to evaluate conditions, called in an engineer to design the proper system, and followed up with all required permits and inspections throughout the process. He and his son performed all the site work, including removal of a paved driveway which had delivered excess rainwater and snow melt-off into my basement for years (that project uncovered an additional ancient septic tank!) Matt recommended recycled asphalt for the new driveway surface, which is permeable and friendlier to the environment near water - no basement water problems since! They finished with a seeded spray lawn cover, and were even able to leave part of an old rock retaining wall by my garage to minimize the changed appearance overall. In spite of additional work and complications during the process, my final bill was not much higher than the original estimate.I trust and appreciate the quality of technical knowledge, service and attitude from this family business, including Janelle's office support. I highly recommend this team.

We used David O'Neil Construction for several projects and were very pleased with the professional way he did each project, priced fairly and done in a timely fashion. One of the projects that we cannot thank him enough for is his consultation and working on stopping water from coming in our property. We used David O'Neil Construction to install a cistern in Chesterfield N.H. . They did a great job with the work which passed inspection the first time on the prep work as well as the installed final inspection. They handled a great deal of the paper work which was needed as well . Janelle the office manager was pleasure to deal with , always willing to help out.They have a good team here. I would use they again without hesitation.You should too.
