Aj at the Mall of New Hampshire location is incredible! What started as an absolute disaster experience was turned around by his commitment and consistent follow through to ensure my issues that were caused by Zales were made right. Aj is the ONLY reason I didn't escalate further. He deserves a raise!!!! Thank you Aj!
