I gave this pharmacy a second chance after being treated horribly and disrespectfully. And nothing ever changed and actually seem to get worse and I received a text saying that my insurance needed to be updated and to call so I did. I tried calling for two days left messages no responses finally called the store and had them put me in touch with the pharmacist. I was told he wasn't going to take my insurance information over the phone that I needed to come down, and proceeded to hang up on me. not quite sure what is going on there. Whether they are short staffed for whatever the case is that doesn't give anyone the right to be disrespectful and it's obvious they do not care about their customers and it's unfortunate because it's the closest pharmacy to my home. Needless to say, I've changed pharmacies to CVS and could not be happier. They are polite and want to help.

Waney was wonderful...quick professional. Drive thru was so fast. Literally left ER with my son and drove straight there at 9PM...they are open 24hrs

GIVE THAT MAN A RAISE! I am not usually one to go out of my way to write any kind of review honestly, however, about 10 minutes ago I entered the store just to simply use the restroom and head on out, but I seen my favorite almonds so I had to grab them. As I enter the line at the register, I noticed several people ahead of me and just seconds later several people behind me. I then noticed only one cashier working both registers quickly and efficiently. I personally felt so bad because I don't know if I would have handled the rush so well. His name tag said Josh. So please rite aid, get him some help and a raise! great job josh!

In addition to how I was treated at my visit, I have since realized that the pharmacist shortchanged me with the Rx they did fill. I should have received 90 pills but only received 21. Somebody stole 69 pills from me (or is too stupid to count). The pharmacy manager Doug reached out to me yesterday when I was unable to chat and is now out of the store until next week. I only have enough medication for the next 8 days. Hopefully he follows up with me before I run out. Never filling an Rx at any Rite-Aid pharmacy ever again.

I have gone to the Rite Aid for years and love it for the well stocked merchandise! The always have everything that I need and the staff is very friendly!

Horrible customer experience in this store! First it's smack dap in the middle of the GETTO! Not well lite and the pharmacy staff is rude, unprofessional and extremely unhelpful! I can only imagine they hate serving the getto. But they choose to work there! Overall pretty unsafe place to go for horrible service!
