What would be nice is if the locations of items in the app was remotely accurate in the store. An item was listed in aisle G41, imagine my surprise when there were no G aisles above G25!

Don't try to get anything for your cat here. They don't know how to order properly... they Definitely are using the brains they clearly don't have. Can't even restock anything.. and it's been a solid month. Thanks for nothing walmart.. the day there is no such thing as walmart.. and the time will come when someone with a better idea.bumps them off. Then we can celebrate good times!! Don't waste your time or money. You will have to wait for 45 mins just to check out.. go elsewhere!!! Go will regret coming to this trash Walmart

This place needs to clean their rest rooms more often. And what's with the security and being grilled at self check out. If they have an honor system and don't trust their patrons then don't have the system. It's taking jobs away from actual human people anyway. I hate this store. Love the one in hooksett this store is filled with rude and inconsistent employees who are lazy.

I have always gone to the Hooksett Walmart with no complaints. Well today I went in to pick up a new TV. I found the one I wanted and went to find someone to get it for me. Just as a quick visual, I am 66, I have white hair and a bad limp. I was buying a 50" TV. There were 4 employees standing around while one young man was dealing with all the customers. He went and got the TV for me, rang up the purchase, and gave me the receipt. Then he was going to get a cart to put it on to take it to my car.One guy said they couldn't help because a truck was being unloaded. Another employee told him to put it in my shopping cart and let me take it. So I rolled it down the length of the store and out to my car where I had to struggle for 10 minutes to get it into my back seat. I have arthritis in my back, hip and knees so it was difficult for me. I am so angry about this. It looked like a state job, 1 worker and the rest doing the heavy looking on.This happened in the Hooksett, NH store on 1/6/24 at about 4:00. The person who showed the best customer service was a young, short black man. All the rest were white. Not a good look, Walmart.
