Was considering placing an order until the sales guy made a snide comment about me in front of me to their other sales guy. Maybe don't insult potential customers when trying to make a sale. We'll continue ordering elsewhere.

Nice shop. Bogus sales guy. Specifically stated, I need black laser printer that prints 3 pages per day. Guy tried to sell me on a $500 printer. I tried. Guess I'm forced to buy at Staples. Never again will I, or anyone I know buy from W.B. Mason.
