The group of people working there were very helpful and knowledgeable about the specific battery I wanted. I had researched what I needed and most mechanics could not even find the right battery. VIP knew what I wanted and I was pleased with the price. Just a note, a number of shops wouldn't even give an appointment. That, in total, makes you a number 1 shop.

Originally after going here I had a bad experience due to one bad employee. I had left a review that was more focused toward him than the company itself. After leaving said review I was contacted by the regional director who was apologetic and much more helpful. Although I did get my tires done elsewhere after my experience, I can see that there are people who work here who do care about customer service.

Worst place! My husband went in for a routine oil change and needed to purchase 2 tires, he was there for over 3 hours along with another man doing the same job. As my husband approached his car one tire was flat! He noticedThen they put the tires on the back after telling them the front. Then they had no jack to remove the tires

I have had amazing experiences working with VIP Tires and Services for the past 3 years! They have excellent customer service, are always responsive, and do great work. They also have reasonable pricing and will talk through all options before you need to make a decision. I will absolutely continue to go to them for all my car needs!

The person was rude and didn't quote me correctly. I used to love VIP, but after this experience and being treated like the person behind the counter had better things to do before helping me out. They lost my business. I ended up going to my own dealership with a better deal. For the record, this was not the Bedford location, and that's the one I used to go to and prob wouldn't have had the experience I had in Manchester.

My husband went for an inspection, tires and oil change. Took over 3 hours. Then got into his car and low tire. Then he had to use his OWN jack to raise car. Spoke to manager and told him you just lost 2 customers and he said oh well! What kind of behavior is that???? We will be contacting BBB and reporting this establishment!!!! Over charged him, did not try to make it right. And put tires on incorrectly. I do not recommend this place. I will also be calling corporate office as well. This is the Hooksett rd.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HEREI brought my vehicle in for service on a Sat. They put a gouge in my driver side door. Then denied they did it. Doug, who works at the front desk, said he would call me that Monday to discuss. He never called. I called that Thursday got some sort of regional manager named Mike. I explained what happened. He said he would meet me Saturday at 8am to look at the damage. I brought it in at 8. Mike never showed up. Doug was incredibly rude. Continued to deny they did the damage, which they did and I have a witness. For the work they did complete, they told me it would take 2 hours. It took 8. Literally 8. When I went to pick up my vehicle, they had left my headlights on for god knows how long and there were greasy fingerprints all over my vehicle. I now have to take my vehicle in somewhere else to fix the damage these guys did. Bottom line, I've never had a worse experience. Not to mention they damaged my vehicle.DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE

Amazing service from start to finish. Holly was so helpful in the process of getting me a quote, scheduling my appointment and ensuring me of how quick the techs would be on repairs! Extremely satisfied and will continue coming here for any possible future needs!

Douglas the manger was great.. yes they fixed my car no not for a fair price, no not correctly either. Over priced due to way company does business. Not local place but VIP business itself . 30m to find issue 2 hours to fix with not the correct part, why due to tech working in 3 cars at once . 20 minutes to splice hose once they found issue due to not finding a correct Part number in system. .. couldn't tell me what part even though I could find 4 listed on o Riley's website myself . 225 job cost me 331 from the 450 original start price...Yes Doug did well not issue with him just VIP business model of charge fee to look at them additional to hours of fixing. It should have taken an hour to splice hose not 2.5. Car sat unworked in for most of the time due to tech working 3 cars at once!!!!Service: Steering & suspension repair

They share a building with orielly. Oreilly stated vip does all their assistance work including loaner tools. Needed help with a battery install only to be told they don't do it unless you buy from them, went back to O'Reilly again and they said go to vip. It's a terrible loop, and ended up doing it myself after having to buy more tools. I won't recommend either.

This morning I went to drop off my car for an oil change at 7:30 and was told that they could not fit in my 8:00 appointment because they were fully booked for the day. I was informed they were going to call me "first thing when they opened," despite the fact that my appointment was the first of the day. I made the appointment on Wednesday morning, which would have given them two full days to call me about this issue. This is now the second time I have had bad service (the first time two employees talked very condescending to me about my tires being fine, when there was in fact a screw in one of them). I will not be taking my car back to VIP in Manchester again.

Thieves, $750 to change a camry starter. $165 unsigned unauthorized diagnostic charge. Smug employee told me 8/10 of an hour to diagnose problem because that wasn't the only car he was working on and they all need to eat. ZERO STARS
