I am not one to leave a bad review, but I can't in good conscience let another customer be treated as I have been. As a high school business teacher for the past 36 years, I teach my students to advocate for themselves in an honest way to maintain credibility. In this case, my credibility is being questioned by a salesperson at the Verizon Authorized Cellular Sales retailer in the Mall of New Hampshire. While shopping in the Mall, I stopped by this store for a quote on one new phone for my daughter. The salesman (Mike O.) looked at my account and said it would be a better deal to upgrade all four of our family phones. He wrote this out on paper, circling the new monthly payment ($251.00) stating that I would actually save $10 per month. After we agreed to upgrade the phones I noticed that my new monthly payment ($262.35) on the verizon website was actually MORE than my previous bill ($261.77). I called Verizon and was told there was nothing I could do but to return to this store and speak to the salesman. When I went back to speak with him, he first said that the difference was because we had a Disney bundle added. But we already had the Disney Channel on our previous bill for the same price, so that was not it. Then he said it was due to a public service discount, but that was not included on his handwritten quote that I still possess. Finally, he admitted he made a mistake and forgot to add tax when he quoted me. He then said he could not honor his original quote, but would refund the $45 per line ($180 total) fee that this wireless store charges to activate the phone. It wasn't much, but at least it was something. After close to a month I contacted this salesman again because I had not yet received this refund. He replied that I misled HIM, and that "I would absolutely not be getting any credits on my account." So much for customer service! I asked for the name and number of his manager, and he told me his name was Jake but would not provide me with a number, instead saying that he would pass along my info to Jake himself. That was over a week ago and I have not been contacted yet. So either Mike didn't tell his manager, or Jake the manager didn't feel it was important enough to follow through. Either way, their attention to this matter is unacceptable! Bottom line, my new bill is NOT $10 cheaper than my old one as promised (it is actually .58 more). The salesman admitted he made a mistake by not including monthly tax in his calculations. He told me he would refund $45 per line for HIS mistake that he is now not honoring. How can you trust a business that treats its customers in that manner? At least I have another example of poor business practice that I can share with my students in the years to come. There are many options for cellular service, and I hope in reading this review that others will learn from my experience to shop elsewhere. I know I will.

I went to Verizon Mall, because my grandson had damages to his phone. I was greeted by Ben H he explained to me what could be better to do with the phones. I got an upgrade with my phone my grandson also meantime I wanted so much to make sure that I could get my grandsons photos off his phone so Ben H did all he could took me to the Apple Store to help get this fixed never had anyone go out of their way to help me Ben H went above and beyond. I am grateful for that. My grandson and I are very happy. Thank you so much. Sincerely Florence and Cameron

I have been paying for the insurance monthly. Unfortunately I dropped my phone and I went to get a new one. Though I had insurance I had to pay over $200 to get the new one. Or refurbished? They have Asurion come to your house to give you the new phone. Unfortunately I was given the wrong phone & wrong phone number. And I was the one having to deal with correcting the situation. An absolute nightmare dealing with this situation. I still have my OLD cracked phone!!

Tom was more than helpful and patient. He showed knowledge beyond anyone else I’ve ever worked with in Verizon. He spent time handling my phone and my plan with care as well as making sure I left with an upgraded device, new accessories. I was considering leaving Verizon, however today changed my mind. I’ll be staying for years to come ! Thank you again Tom :)

Daniel was absolutely amazing in helping my son and I with our phones! We were having issues with my son's iPhone, and despite all those issues, Daniel was able to help get my son's phone upgraded easily--along with mine. He was very polite, professional, and answered all of my questions with in-depth answers without hesitation. I will definitely be a returning customer of his. Thank you so much, Daniel!

Matt Bruce did a wonderful job helping us transition from an old legacy Verizon plan to an Unlimited Plan and helped us maximize all the discounts and credits available. In the long run, we got three new iPhone 14’s with a total monthly cost about ten bucks cheaper than what we had been paying for service only! New phones, better data package, AND cheaper bill = happy customer. Thanks, Matt!

Jake went above and beyond in providing exceptional service. His presentation of my options was highly professional. With calmness and patience he showed extreme kindness in outlining my benefits in upgrading my phones. My family and I had a most pleasurable conversation on phone technology during our visit at the store. The staff worked as a team in ensuring all customers received immediate attention and quick service. I am glad Jake was our service tech.

I walked into this store on Black Friday not knowing I would have such an amazing experience! Pranay was great to work with and made a stressful thing (getting a new phone) into something fun! His sense of humor helped through the process of switching things over and even helped my husband with a new phone and my boss who happened to walk in while I was there. Tom also was very knowledgeable and helped out with choosing the phones and changing everything over. Everyone was so nice and welcoming and I didn't feel pressured over anything and they worked with us to get us the best prices on what we wanted. Definitely would recommend this store to everyone!

Jake was an awesome rep for Verizon. We merely stopped to ask a question about our plan - which he fully explained. He noticed that we had an upgrade and that we should act quickly before the trade-in value on the old phone dropped. He is knowledgeable and made the transfer of data easy. I highly recommend Jake and this Manchester store.

My husband and I came in to upgrade our phones and worked with Tom who was extremely knowledgeable, charismatic and thorough. He was able to save us monthly on our bill when he discovered we were overpaying while also upgrading our out-of-date phones. We had the pleasure of working with Tom Rowe. First, he helped us last year with getting upgraded and this past week, noticed a promotion with our devices to be able to upgrade a year early. The fact that he remembers his customers and values us is a great quality and will keep us as customers. Ben was by far the best person that I’ve ever worked with at Verizon. My last experience almost made me want to leave the company and go to another carrier. He has totally turned around my perspective of this company. He is a stellar employee. He was training Karina and even though it was a little bit longer process, it was a more enjoyable than anytime I’ve had in a Verizon store. I went in for a simple for charger because my phone was at 2% and not only did I walk out with that phone charger. But I left with an upgrade and a much lower monthly bill because of Ben!

In my 21 years as a Verizon wireless customer I have never had someone in sales or customer service as helpful or informative as Tyler. Having stopped in to purchase a new phone for myself, I left with four phones for my family and a significantly lower monthly bill. Although this location is 2 hours from my home I will likely be returning here for sales and service from here on out. Professional, personable, and honest…the whole crew seemed to be fantastic. Nice work!
