I had a pleasant experience 2 nights in a row at the VZ store on South Willow. Needed to switch lines from a broken phone to a new one, The staff working on both 4/10 and 4/11 were extremely helpful. In an error of lost customer service, I was pleasantly surprised.

The customer service here was great! I went in to drop off my trade-in device after initiating it online. I was helped right away by a very nice young man. He was so professional, warm and friendly, and took the time to break down my receipt for me that explained the trade-in value. I was in and out in under 10 minutes!
