Our experience with Universal Windows was quite pleasant from beginning to end. Our salesman was very nice and knowledgeable. The install team was very polite, very efficient and cleaned up nicely after themselves. Very hard workers! Office personnel were friendly and helpful. All around a great experience. Thank you.

Very pleased with the process from start to finish. The installers were very professional and worked efficiently. They did a very good job and cleaned up perfectly. We will have Universal Direct do more work for us as soon as we can. Definitely recommend.

I had all the windows replaced in my mobile home and was amazed how quickly they worked to get 14 windows installed! Less than a day. All the workers were very professional and definitely knew what they were doing. They arrived about 7:15am and were done by 2pm. They cleaned up everything afterwards and double checked everything. Every step of the process was explained clearly. I would definitely recommend UWD to anyone needing replacement windows. It’s very hard to find anyone that will replace windows in a mobile home. Thank you so much.

Our windows, including sills, trim and overall function were failing badly. Had Universal Windows direct come out and quote us on new Windows. The overall process from quote to the actual installation went smooth and flawless. They not only replaced the windows, capped the trim and we actually got shutters also which look great. Highly recommend these guys for your next Windows project.

We got our bay window, storm and patio doors and skylight done with them. Everything went well, they were able to install ahead of the schedule. The installers were good. We are happy with the installation process and the materials.
The only thing (which is very small but it was promised to us) is that someone (a project manager) from the main office was going to oversee the installation and be present during the installation to make sure everything is done properly. During the skylight install, we got Bob who is awesome. But during the door and window installation, we had to call the main office to get Jennifer at our house and she didn't really pay attention to the installation much. She even let the installers collect the check. She left early. She wasn't nearly like Bob, who was present the whole time during skylight install and he is super knowledgeable on every aspect. We wished we had Bob during the other install as well.

pricing was reasonable, impressed with how thorough the installation was, the sales people and install crews were super professional, they cleaned everything spotless before they left. Don’t usually leave reviews but I was pretty impressed start to finish would recommend!

We had been looking for a window installer for approximately 18 months and finally came upon Universal. To say we have been satisfied with our experience would be a severe understatement. Everyone from Scott, who scheduled our estimate appointment to Alex who gave us all the details and our proposal for the installation to the crews who were immaculate in their installation process, we are thrilled with our new windows. The windows were installed in a mobile home unit that was built in 1975 so we were concerned about opening up the walls. The universal crew was amazing and left the unit cleaner than when they came in!! Check them out, you won’t be disappointed!

Universal did a nice job on my windows. I had two windows that had internal rot. The installers fixed the rot and replaced the windows. My windows look and work great.

I worked with Scott over the phone to schedule a consultation and Alex Drechsel was the one who educated me on all of the products. He was personable, professional, knowledgeable and wasn’t pushy! I ordered a storm door from him on the spot and will definitely be calling back when I’m looking to update my slider. They couldn’t have been easier to work with! Thanks for the best experience!
