Mo was fantastic! We walked in right at 11am and he greeted us right away. We were straight up with what we wanted, and he ensured to get us the best trade in he could so that we would drive away in the new car, which is exactly what happened. He met us as close to our ideal budget as he possibly could and worked some magic by even bringing his manager over to talk to us directly without asking. Mo made it a seamless process and we couldn’t be happier with his service. Highly recommend asking for him and he even went as far as texting us later in the day after we left if there was anything we needed, how he could help, and if we liked the car. Salesmen try to be friendly to make sales, but Mo really talked to us like people and we got to learn about him and his family, more like being treated like people instead of customers. Go in and ask for Mo if you need a new Toyota. You surely won’t be disappointed! Thank you, Mo for everything!

Have been a loyal Toyota customer for years and have been loyal to this dealership for several. Last few times worsening service. Appointment time/scheduling issues (they had no record) even though I had a confirmation email. Inaccurate work completion time estimates (2-2.5hr ended up being 4.5hrs) Poor communication from service dept while at the dealer (until I questioned times) Vagueness when questioning delays and reasons for poor service Vagueness when asking how parts wear and tear on a vehicle (couldn't explain numbers of brakes/rotors and typical mileage life span, or why I was not advised at my previous appointment that they would likely need replaced next appointment Why someone who scheduled a "wait at dealer" appointment waited 4.5hrs for work to be completed when many, many other customers who had a "drop at dealer" appointment who ended up waiting at dealer, came and went much faster Same service before has been an hour or less and last few times progressively longer Emailed and phoned management with no response The quality of work was acceptable and quality as is usual with Ira, however, the customer service experience last few occurrence has been quite disappointing. Will not be returning.

I posted a lengthy, extremely positive review of IRA Toyota Scion of Manchester yesterday. I have no idea why everything else got posted (stars, website), but not my written review. I will leave the Cliff Notes version of my original review. IRA Toyota Scion of Manchester is a class act. Our Service Advisor, Mike, the Service Manager, Tyler, and the Service Director, Tyler, set the gold bar for taking care of their customers. We will be returning customers. I beyond highly recommend IRA Toyota Scion.

Just moved to the area and took my car to get serviced here. I'm immediately regretting it. This place is overpriced (yes even for a dealer) and they suck at service/ their job. I asked for prices for services before and verbally they were consistently cheaper than reality so I now have a nice little 30% higher than expected bill. Do yourself a favor don't go here and if you have to go OE go to Nashua Toyota.Update - the issue was fixed still frustrating that the initial process was not right

Honestly what a bunch of sales weasels. Found a truck online, it was listed for $42,000 when I got there they had an "add on" that brought the truck up to 47,000 because, you know why disclose that on their web site. Wouldn't play ball, low balled my trade in which I saw they sold got $7,000 over what I got for the trade and they used the line, "Oh we only make $100 from financing" please dude if this was the case you would be out of business. Of course the obligatory "sales manager" comes in after the "useless" sales person can't close the deal, because, you know, why would they? This tattooed j*** used every sales objection handling phrase in the book. Just a total weasel experience. If you crave the classic car dealer song and dance you have found it at Ira. Oh yeah I told them not to have any Ira anything on my car, when I got the car the buy was like well we had to put the frame on the because if the temp plate got wet you would lose it, like this plate frame would help that issue and they put an Ira paper plate on the front of my truck, you know the one that would fall apart in the rain. What does, don't put any Ira stuff on my car mean fellas, it means nothing to you that's for sure. My advice, look around a bit, there are better Toyota dealers out there. Oh yes to save the Ira guy monitoring yelpThank you for bringing this to my attention. I apologize for what you encountered while at our dealership. I would like an opportunity to fix this and to earn your business, please contact me at
[email protected]. I look forward to speaking with you.Michael CocoGeneral ManagerYou're welcome Michael baby, that one is for free.

Arrogant staff make comments when they think you can't hear them. I was looking around with one salesman and told him I'd want the IRA sticker removed because I wouldn't advertise for them for free. I also happened to be wearing a Harrley Davidson sweatshirt because I own a Harley, have been riding all my life and I genuinely love Harley Davidson. Not so much now with so much stuff made in China but regardless, I'm a biker. Some snide j*** who overheard the conversation, commented to the other jerks he was standing with about my HD sweatshirt. I turned around, asked what he said, looked surprised but actually repeated his jerky comment and I responded by taking my business elsewhere. Where's your IRA tattoo, ya j**** I'll never buy a car from IRA since their employees are clearly trained to disrespect potential customers.

An absolute nightmare to deal with. I went in for a recall on air bags. I waited 3 and a half hours for them to tell me that they don't have the part to finish the repair, but they'll have it the next day. I go in the next day, waited 4 hours for them to tell me they installed the wrong part. Now, my rear two windows won't work. They offered to reassemble the car while removing the wrong parts, so I waited another hour. They come back to tell me that I have to get a rental since they won't finish by closing. But they insist the right parts will be in the next day, they'll fix it early and I'll have my car by noon. Day Three, and no one calls me. I call twice but can't get to anyone, they call me back late in the day to tell me that they won't have the parts until four days later. Day four, I get a call with good news, they actually do have the parts after all, and the car is ready to be picked up. I go there, and no one knows what's going on with my car. They give me my key, and I drive home. I'm not sure if they fixed anything, but they did lose a cap for the interior passenger side door. I wouldn't trust them to change your oil, let alone fix your car.

you guys are liars and crooks taking advantage of women. told me i needed 1k of repairs when that was UNTRUE. I know this because i went to another repair shop and they told me i just needed a $100 of repairs to pass inspection. I will never revisit this joke of a location. i am very disappointed with you people and quite frankly disgusted. Shame on you and in this economy i consider this downright robbery.

I recently returned to have some routine maintenance done on my vehicle. During the requested services, I was told that the brakes needed work and was shown why. I was given a repair quote and initially thought it was overpriced however after doing some comparative checking, found the quote to be very competitive. When I declined the service due to my schedule for that day, my service advisor arranged for alternative transportation for me so that the work could be done. I was able to speak with the mechanic on a similar issue on the vehicle and he was very honest on how and when that should be addressed. Overall, I was very pleased and felt very taken care of.

This business will try to sell u a lemon. Bought a certified used car from them and found out it not even certified yet. Just a certified sticker on the windshield. Becareful and Read the fine print. This dealership is shady. Stay away from them. Will never buy a Toyota again because of them.

After looking at their website, I went in today to buy a Tacoma TRD Off Road. the sales rep (Bill) was a great guy and although they didn't have that particular model in stock, he set up a test drive in an SR5 which was fine.Ready to buy, we sat down and they offered a decent price for my current truck. That's when they informed me they charge $5,000 over MSRP for Tacomas. They listed a few things they "give" you for the $5K increase such as undercoating and an emergency kit but they also admit it doesn't add up to five grand. They outright told me the extra charge was because they can do it due to supply chain issues and if I didn't pay the extra $5,000, some other s***** would. It's a shame they didn't tell me upfront about the upcharge, it would have saved all of us time and effort. And although I'm ready to buy a new Tacoma, I won't buy it there.EDIT: I reached out to the GM who replied to me and offered to immediately buy the TRD Off Road at MSRP. Of course, he informed me it was sold, so no luck with that. Instead of replying offering to help, he should just tell everyone "tough luck, we're overcharging because we can."
