Excellent work out. Coaches are extremely helpful.I have to modify some of the exercises and they are great.

Maddie was wonderful for our first class experience. She took a lot of time explaining everything to us and made us feel very welcome! The class was an excellent workout and a lot of fun! Her humor was an added bonus! Definitely a 10/10.

I recently took a trial class and enjoyed it so much that I purchased a pack of classes! Everyone who works here is so friendly and helpful. So far I've only done classes with Shannon who is an excellent instructor. I haven't done kickboxing in a few years, but I'm so happy I found it again!
