I initially called Team Nissan Service with questions about a recall on my 2016 Frontiet that I purchased last March. I then asked about the NH oil undercoating that they are an authorized provider of. I made the appointment as there was some rust that I was looking to prevent from getting worse. The application was done on an hour as I was told they had two techs working on it. I am very satisfied with the application. I was also informed about a potential issue with the rear differential plate, that I will take care of in the near future. Overall a very positive experience.

My Jeep was taken in promptly, acknowledgment was made that the vehicle was in for inspection. My car was released back to me in about 1/2hour. My car was well taken care of and the personnel were very friendly.

Superior service on my Rogue! Bought it off-lease from them last November and this was my first oil change & tire rotation. Aside from not being sure exactly where to pull up, and waiting for a few min for a service rep to approach my car, when she arrived, she was super friendly and confirmed I was in the right spot. I left my key and they took care of the rest while I sipped on free coffee in the cool and spacious waiting room. It took a little over an hour but when they were finished they informed me there was no charge. I made my way back out to my car with a smile on my face and was good to go!

Service manager Drew was friendly, understanding, and kept me informed regularly. I thought he underpromised and over delivered! Putting a transmission in is a big deal I’m sure! I do wish that extended warranty contracts go with the vin number or some other system when you purchase it when you buy the car from the Nissan dealer, would have made this a little simpler and possibly quicker. Thanks!

I listed my car on CarGurus to sell it. Team Nissan offered me $32k for it online and I took my car in for them to see it. I believe it was the used inventory manager ended up offering around $28k because "the brakes were in bad shape". Now I'm not sure what it was about me that gave him the impression that I would have believed him but on account of the fact that I had my brakes totally redone less than a year prior to this, I knew he was lying in order to pay me less. So come here if you value dishonesty and bad deals I guess
The only reason this wasn't one star is because Team Nissan was the only dealership that let me test drive a dodge Challenger they had for sale a while ago but even for that I still needed to give a full credit report prior to taking the car out so that was kinda unnecessary in my opinion. I wouldn't do business with them personally but even as such this has still been the best Nissan dealership I've ever dealt with. Yes I am aware of how sad that is.
