Imagine having this experience and asking for a call back for days and days only to get a ridiculous message saying YOU are harassing THEM as they refuse to ever call back. Clowns.
Do not expect even common decency from these folks. They will call any questioning of their bad business practices “disrespect” when the fact of the matter is they are solidly disrespectful at every stage past taking your money. They don’t care if you get anything for it, and will pretend they don’t owe you a thing.
I’m just absolutely baffled by my experience. I went to get my first two piercings in my life. Loved the experience at first, everyone was great. I tipped generously and thanked everyone. Three weeks later my body decided to reject the piercing and my ears swoll up so large that I had to go to urgent care and the doctor told me I need to remove the piercing. This is my bodies fault, not Spider-Bite’s. This is where things get dicey, the $240 gold snake I purchased literally snapped in half at the post when it was removed. A single tiny gold earring is simply not worth $240 and I was really splurging on this. I knew I was over paying but I figured it would be quality and I really liked it. So I went home from the doctor with my antibiotics, steroids, giant ears, and broken overpriced earring. I was pretty distraught but I decided to try and call and see what would happen. The really nice guy on the phone showed a lot of sympathy and said that he’d speak to the manager. I spent $475 there for two piercings. My only request was that I be able to return the earring for a refund and that they speak to the manufacturer and get it replaced on their end *edit* with a NEW earring from the manufacturer not some weird OSHA violating scenario they use to avoid standing behind their subpar product, I assumed that was clear but they are so busy being smug they couldn’t seem to comprehend what I was suggesting * so they could sell it to someone else. He asked the manager and they agreed. Told me to come in with the earring. I was so pleased, I was telling my friends and family what an upstanding business this was. How wrong I ended up being. When I showed up the only thing they said they would do was repair the earring. I can’t wear earrings, the quality was already sub-par and I was told a refurbished unit was the best they can do. That isn’t true. Sure, the manufacturer made the product— but your company is marking up the price wildly and then not even standing behind the product. Even with the $240 being refunded you would have made a couple hundred off of me, and I got nothing out of the deal. If you’re selling a product that doesn’t last, it’s the cost of doing business to do the right thing. You should have refunded me and dealt with the manufacturer, but instead decided to rob me of hundreds of dollars for literally nothing. It’s wrong. I will never stop telling everyone I know about this, and this town ain’t that big. Absolutely immoral. The lobby was full of people about to buy. I can’t fathom why you need to rip me off, and I’ll never return.
Edit in response to my calls not only being ignored but also this ridiculous essay they decided to write instead of just returning my calls. This absolute trash establishment not only refuses to stand behind their products, or so much as return a phone call. The “response” here is absolute nonsense and I would never recommend anyone spend money here. Management responding this way is just another layer of arrogant disrespect. I would check all the other reviews that share my experience before coming to this terrible establishment. They are crooked thieves who don’t even respond. The fact that I wrote the review prior to them responding is due to the fact that they were blatantly ignoring me. I wouldn’t put your health, cash, or time in these unprofessional clown’s hands. The mark up on this jewelry is absurd for the level of absolute disrespect they deem appropriate.
I hope yall go out of business.

I got a tattoo years ago (40) that was a total mistake and it took almost 4 decades to find another person I trusted enough to put ink on me. Met Dave H. through a mutual friend and he helped me out big time. Started with a cover-up and has become an obsession culminating in a full sleeve and some other work on my opposite arm. Everyone there is awesome and friendly. And the most important part is how much they pay attention to the place being clean. The second you walk in, it's obvious that you are in a truly professional tattoo studio. No if's, and's, or buts....top notch through and through and 5 stars isn't high enough.

Dave M is the go to guy. I've been to a few artists for other tattoos and his work is just better, not that the others were bad... he's just on point as an artist and can do pretty much anything you ask for. Great guy, clean space, great ink work!!!
