I will NEVER bring our cat to this business ever again! This has been bugging me all day... I have been taking our son's Persian cat to see Maureen for about 3 or so years. I will start off by saying Maureen has always been accommodating with booking and did a good job. I always wondered how she could groom our cat alone (with mats - being a long haired Persian) and even asked her how. I was told that she (the groomer) is good and our cat was a good baby for the most part, aside from trying to be a "runner". I dropped our cat off this morning and asked her to text me when she was done. I decided to run some errands and because Maureen is always so quick to finish, I thought it would be a good idea to just go back and sit and wait. I am so glad I did because what I witnessed, and thankfully our son didn't, was appalling. I came into the room to find Maureen grabbing her by the scruff of the neck and pulling the cat forcefully from the floor into the air, then swung our 8 lb cat around and placed forcefully (some would say slammed) onto the metal table! She just so happened to have mirror on the wall in front of her and saw that I had witnessed this horrible behavior and meekly said "she'll be done in a couple minutes" and ever so gently finished grooming her. I was in shock and just wanted to get our cat out of there. I paid and made a quick exit.
This is extremely disturbing and I feel so much guilt taking our beautiful girl there because she most likely was subjected to the same behavior before. Once again, thank God our son wasn't with me and that I finally saw just how she could groom our cat by herself. It's a good thing she was never injured, but someone else's animal very well could be.

Clean no smell, a little furry because pets.

Full of happy calm pets.
Groomers have their own booths so no worries about pets having problems with other pets.

Been going here 6 yrs and they're the best. Maureen is excellent with cats. Beautiful lion cuts on my two kitties and she was very good with them.

Celia did a wonderful job on my new dog Millie,this was her first visit.
I am.very pleased that Millie did so well.
I recommend Cecila very highly.
She is very caring . She pays attention to detail.

The groomers here are great I have a problem dog who does not like many people but the ladies here know how to take care of him and have no problems with him. They also do a great job making him look great.

Someone at the dog park recommended Tails Above the Rest, I drove over and Miss Becky had beautifully clipped nails in less than 10 minutes! I can put snow booties on her, but she wouldn't have anything to do with me clipping her nails! Thanks!

Highly recommend! Kat was very pleasant, on time, very informative and did an amazing job! My dog went in smelly and ugly but was returned to me a happy, clean, handsome pup! The business is conveniently located ( lower level). The whole experience was awesome. We'll be back!

shaelie is kind thorough and extremely talented. Wouldn’t go anywhere else with a standard poodle a long-haired Chihuahua or any other dog for that matter. Everyone is always pleasant and the dogs seem so happy

Kat was amazing with our two cats. Sofia is chill and we expected her to be fine during the grooming. She is much happier with her lion cut. CJ has a lot of anxiety and won't let us near his paws. Kat is able to calm him down, cut his nails, and give him a lion cut. At home, we can tell they love it. More comfortable and cooler.
