Ollie at Staples in Manchester has been the most helpful employee I've had the pleasure of doing business with in a long time! He is very good at his job friendly and efficient! My go to print shop!! Thank you for making my projects that much easier!

I called the copycenter asking g for info as I had a 2'x3' poster I wanted printed for my mom's 100th bday party. Ollie (the print center mgr) answered the phone. He answered all my questions s and was very professional and personable. I told him the deadline I was under, etc. And he informed me as to what I needed to do for them to get the job done.When I got to the store a couple of days later, he remembered my story. He checked the .pdf file I gave him on a thumb drive and answered all my questions. He told me he'd have it ready by the next day.Low & behold, a few hours later, I got a call that my poster was ready. I rushed to the store to pick it up and was dumbfounded how beautiful it was. The quality was amazing. I was so happy with the resul that I started crying.Great service and great results!

Ollie in printing was AMAZING. So personable and easy to talk to. He was very helpful while I was trying to print my wedding invites on velum paper that was very tricky. He kept trying and made sure we figured it all out. I am a teacher and he even set me up with the school give back program AND gave me some credits to use in the store! I would 100% go back for him to help me again. Thank you Ollie!

Worst experience. Most incompetent staff of any store I have ever been in. Employees were useless and combative Jason raised his voice and became belligerent. Then stormed away. Then we were asked to leave. I wouldn’t hire these people to pick up trash on the side of the highway.

Associate was very rude when asked to help locate an item YOUR WEBSITE said was available but you did not have on your shelves (they were very bare mind you) so picking something else wasn’t even an option. Smh

Needed text printed on multiple envelopes and Jacky was very pleasant and helpful in suggesting to buy shipping labels since Staples can’t print text on envelopes itself. Jayden was courteous at register. Thank you for good service, I appreciate!

This place is a joke!!! No one wanted to help us. 1 guy didn't even get off the chair. He told us to go on line. The next guy said I would help but I'm going to lunch. Sad

Fantastic customer service. All of, and I mean all of the employees were helpful and enjoyable to interact with - especially jACKIE in the printing department, and Sarah the cashier. It's nice to see people taking their jobs seriously while also being fun and pleasant to talk to. A rare combination.

I go to get copies made, the women behind the counter Quin directs me to the self service. When i tell her, i am looking for the copy services and did not want to do it myself. She mumbles to me that there is a charge to get it done quicker and that they are busy. Every reason not to do the job versus giving customer service options. Whatever happened to customer service?

I had ordered Sanitizer wipes and when they came in, Chris from the store took it upon himself to check the expiration date on the wipes, which I'm happy he did. Sure enough they were about to expire in July. Chris called me to inform me of the expiration therefore saving me a trip down there to get them and not wanting them. What Chris did was exactly what customer service is all about. It's called caring about the customer. Chris should be a customer service training supervisor.
