Don't use this bank at all. Refused to honor the first time home buyer's program in my state. When I called him out on his BS he began to yell at me over the phone after I said I didn't need his fake apology. I hung up on him after he began hollering at me.

After over 30 years of being a customer, I can say that I am disappointed and shocked at how unwilling to help the staff is. After spending 30 minutes with four people, two of whom were Sunny and Scott both said they were supervisors. These people could not have been any more rude. I am allowed to deposit money but may only transfer 5000. a week into an outside bank( that pays much better rates). On top of this, I am told that the only way I can receive the total funds is by bank check. So I can not transfer or withdraw all the cash in my account. All the years of business and personal banking mean nothing to this bank anymore. It is a shame they used to be a customer-friendly bank. No longer run by people who care about relationships with customers.

They have absolutely no control over their lending and application process due to using a vendor. The vendor is unable to establish controls on something as simple as mailings.

A big shoutout to Eric Canales in the mortgage center at St.Mary's Bank. He was very easy to deal with and made the mortgage process very smooth. This was my third time around working with him and everything was top notch! Highly recommend giving him a call!

Incompetent and condescending best describes this particular Bank. Especially this particular branch. They ignore what you ask.They often put checks into entirely wrong accounts regularly. Deposit a check. Ends up in my Uncle's account instead. Or my Father's etc. Been lucky it's only been random family members.They also take the fact I have Asperger's Syndrome as an excuse to talk down to me. Worst credit Union in the State.In regards to the response from the owner. I don't know what they expect from me. The Staff are super incompetent and highly disrespectful. I am already looking for a replacement credit union. So what your gonna fire them all or something. Even if you did that doesn't make any of it right. I am just sharing my experience so others don't make my mistake.. The mistake of opening a St Mary's Bank account.

They claim to have 24/7 support but they don't. So far I have had my card locked twice for suspected fraud. I'm okay with that but the fact that I can't contact anybody until normal business hours is unacceptable. Being stuck on the road and not being able to access your account isn't good. I would definitely not recommend getting a card through them.

Closed our account because they illegally changed a policy without notification that force overdrew our account and when we went to pay they said Cash only. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

The systems at this bank are terribly archaic. Business accounts and personal accounts are treated as external "banks" to each other, they are extremely aggressive with overdraft fees, and seem to strategically deposit money at their convenience, like at the end of the day's transactions so that they can riddle you with NSF charges ahead of your same day deposit. Im actually in the process of reporting them to Consumer Protection.

Here is my experience. My Credit Card monthly payment was set up to transfer on the due date, this fell all year on the 23rd or 24th- in october the payment of double the minimum due was assessed a late fee. The person I spoke with did remove the late fee. Never told me the due date was the 21st, but never transferred and posted the 11/7 payment given to her over the phone. This month with the Holiday being the 24th the payment was made on the 25th again twice the minimum and a fee was assessed! I they have no compassion or care that a single grandmother will have $25 less for her grandchildren under the tree.

My wife and I worked with Cody Lenzi and we visited him at the Bank and then communicated with him many times to have him set up our account to be able to pay our new Credit Card from accounts at other banks. To say he was patient is an understatement as we had to get his help at least a dozen times. We were ready to give up at one point but he encouraged us to hang in there and he would get it done for us; he did. Cody is a credit to your Bank and we greatly appreciate his helpHon. Cody went the extra mile to get me approved for a credit card. I told him I wanted a card without a security deposit and he hooked me up with a different underwriter who was able to get me what I needed.
